This is actually how I remember the old-formulation, original Paris EDP – clean, rosy, slightly peachy and insanely, wrist-sniffingly good.
I like the newer Paris formulation – it has a dry, slightly smoky edge that sexes things up a bit – but for me, Premieres Roses is superior. Its what I was searching for in a rose perfume. Wild roses and a lightly powdery dry down with superb longevity. Enchanting, lovely stuff.

Paris Premieres Roses is gorgeous. I, too, like this much more than Paris, which I did have, and liked quite a lot, years ago, but this one, I love!!! It is much prettier, lighter and fresher, with a wonderful rose, which stays right to the end in a beautiful dry-down. Terribly romantic and rose-gardenish. Very sweet and fresh. Beautiful.

I think it might be the first Paris les premiere roses – springtime fragrance, that was launched. I bought this on the go in some airport many years ago. Forgot about it, and discovered it at my mothers house last year. Wow, how could I forget about this one? Lighter than the original Paris edt – it’s a lovely sweet, yet fresh rose, with a touch of green to it. Still great sillage and staying power, after all these years.

Myrrhmaid said it: joyful!
I also love all these Paris flankers and used to wear Paris many years ago.
Indeed this one is much lighter, less powdery and rich than original Paris, but it is very well made and not so faint for a light EdT.
It’s very easy to wear, even when you don’t know what you wear, especially if you are a rose-girl 🙂
It’s perfect for spring time and summer during the day when you want to feel clean, feminine and romantic!

I love all the Paris flankers more than Paris itself. This is one of the best ,they might be light but are so joyful to wear.

A soft powdery floral scent and fresh. I love it, smell just like rose garden after the rain. More over I feel so clean when I wear this.

like the ususal paris, which is my favourite since long, this perfume opens with the violet’s floral tones beautifully. then comes on surface the green components making it a green spicy fragrance. rose at the base gives it an ever lasting bed to the soul. an excellent peice of fragrance. i love it.
