I got this in a swap, and I do love it. The bottle is gold, looking much tinier and less impressive than in the picture here. The glass is probably thin, because you can hear the liquid moving inside, loud and clear, even though you cannot see it. The box is rather funny, held together by elastics.
Now about the perfume…. The first fresh oud I have ever had. It’s so fresh , but without being able to detect any citrus or ozone or herbs which usually imprint freshness in a scent . It’s more like wet wood . Then it changes. It becomes warmer, with resins and plenty of sandalwood . Finally it turns into a soft and almost gourmand sweet woody skin scent. The development , while interesting to observe, is very short lived – Meaning it goes through all these phases in a short time, like an hour or so. Silage is soft , at least after the first hour. Lasting power average to low.
Despite all these , I do love it . It’s a summer night oud, gorgeously delicate yet beautiful and complex. I wish it had a bit more power . It could definitely go well on a man too, particularly on a handsome one. I’ll keep it since I cannot tell the amount in the bottle , and it will probably get used fast . Recommended for people just starting with oud and want a quality one but who don’t want jump on the Montale powerhouse vagon right away.

Very nice!
Creamy, thick with some freshness in the beginning.
Very soft…nothing irritating in it.
Beginning is very sweet as well.
I see it on a mature women and on a colder day.
