The first sniff for me was like – ugh, like grandma…
But then I´ve tried it again and decided to buy. Now it is my favorite scent. I love the drydown – I agree with NiniNini – I can smell sandalwood and sweet vanilla, but not such vanilla that is smelled in usual perfumes (and I can´t bare it), but very warming and light. For that price I can spray it on me all day. It is also very simple. I´m quite fed up of those fragrances which are changing so much in one spray, displaying all notes one by one. I hope that Alverde won´t never discontinue it.

Smells like wet ground with burned herbs, I can’t stop admiring it.

Wonderful, heavy scent for a bargain (around 9€/50ml). The base notes come out very quickly on my skin and leaves a very rich, powdery, almost dusty and earthy sandalwood and vanilla, with a hint of ylang-ylang.
At first, I thought it as a summery scent and used it throughout it last summer. Despite the heaviness of it, it’s perfect for those desert-like nights.
I gave it try yesterday (it’s winter in Germany right now) and it not only reminded me of last summer, but I found out that it’s even greater in winter! The warmth of it is a time-capsule of last year’s sunny days and very comforting and not too summerish not to be worn in winter (I’d wear it anyway if I felt like it).
If you’re like me and avoid the scents made by inexpensive cosmetic brands you should give this one a try. It’s made by Alverde, a company known for natural cometics. So, no harmful ingredients and it’s even vegan!
As @Vivianne Mouton said it: very hippie!

Ich mag den Duft total gerne und hoffe Alverde nimmt ihn nicht wieder aus dem Sortiment. Bei mir entwickelt er sich relativ süß, aber trotzdem nicht aufdringlich, sondern eher leicht und hippiehaft 😉
