This is a smoky-woody-leathery fragrance suitable for men imo.. this is not unisex. It is suitable for fall/spring day and night. And it must be the strongest of this line with black bottles.
Dominant notes are smoky birth which gives sometimes a feeling like light rubber/leather smell. Cedar and vetiver are also strong notes. The vanilla is here giving a sub-sweet vibe. Tonka beans are also mild. So overal this scent is smoky/woody/sub-sweet scent. Very nice and masculine.
If you like sub-sweet smoky birth try it.

A sensual and woody scent. A veil of mystery,it is a beautiful scent! Cedar is very evident, in drydown it evolves in an interesting way when tonka and vanilla are felt. It reminds me of a distant forest… very impressive! I like very much . The sillage is strong and the longevity is good.
    Sillage: 8.5/10
    Longevity: 8./10
    Scent: 9/10
    Overall: 9./10

According to official site at least two more ingridients are missing – Birch Tree and Pink Pepper; both are really intensive imho.
It’s like Interlude and JM Birch and Black Pepper have a baby 😉
    Descent staff !

This is a slightly sweet leather. Something I have sniffed before and I believe it is already an icon and a famous approach kind of blend with that soft sweet leather yet slightly dark.
Quite interesting and impressive as it reminds me of “cut maurisque” by Serge Lutens but softly sweeter and more tender.
