I bought a bottle on the spot at the rodeo dr LV (yes you can get it in the states). If Acqua Di parma’s old Colonia Oud Intense and Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather (2018) had a love child I think this might be it. Not skanky or barnyard or animalic oud at all. Very cooling and soothing and rich with a non-sugary sweetness from the raspberry and a jammy rose. It never feels half hearted or hasty, a solid easy to wear and appreciate oud-forward scent.
If you wanted an introduction to oud without it being super loud: this is an expensive-but worthy acquisition. Speaking of which, with tax here on Rodeo Dr this was $360ish so where these $450 prices are coming from has me stumped.
May update with ratings on performance aspects later with more experience wearing it. It seems to be moderate to soft in projection and average longevity is acceptable in the 5 hour mark *so far* but I’m away from home and not in ideal conditions to test.

I tested today at the LV store in Paris. The bottle is not classy, fancy or special at all. Au contraire, it is similar to Benetton fragrances but noir. The other fragrances are like Benetton too. I think perfume is not for woman but for men. The deep smell if very similar to the barbecue liquid. Maybe I should try it again. I believe in second impressions.

Great impact on skin and nice sillage, I love the rose petally yet sweet & suede of it, somehow reminds me of Duetto which is now apparently discontinued…
Happy I found this.
Super pricy though, I hope there is real oudh!

I tried this perfume today and I can say that this is a good try to make an oud blend perfume but still not interesting it’s familiar to my nose and why the price is so high for this USD 450.
5/10.

@jovejove It’s available in Harrods

The LV website says the notes are:
Oud wood
Benzoin tears
Incense
Raspberry
Why aren’t these listed here?

So there’s definitely butt hurt when you talk about LV being a brand of quality, but 0 style since my comment was deleted, but it’s the truth. I work with high end retail; “OMG, look at that LV tote!” Said no one.
Exclusivities are a let down. It’s already an expensive fragrance, which punches out majority of the market. There’s no need to make it available for only the middle eastern market. The only thing they’re doing there is sucking up to the Middle East. It would be more exclusive if it was sold in the city of origin; I’m pretty sure the clientele who want it will travel for it, but again, it’s off putting to only have it in specific locations.
