It is supposed to remind of the fresh scent of ozone after a thunderstorm has passed. It does it fairly well, but it is just a touch too sweet for a full illusion (having said that, it is not sweet at all on its own, I am just referring to this particular titular intention).
I wore this perfume many years ago (it is rather old — I am pretty sure it was launched before 2000 unlike what the review claims) when I was in high school, and it worked perfectly then. It was light and pleasant, and boys like it. I just re-purchased it again, and I intend to use up the bottle, despite having since accumulated a collection of much more sophisticated scents. It’s not something I would wear for a special occasion or in the evening, but it’s great when runnings errands in NYC in the summer.
It is not a masterpiece, but your everyday perfume needn’t be one. There is something about it that makes you want to purchase it again and again. One doesn’t get tired of it like one does of ‘bigger’ scents. You will probably receive quite a lot of compliments on it as it is so pleasing.
I get a lot of citrus, but not regular lemon. Maybe Meyer lemon, a tiny bit of bergamot, maybe some limes. There is definitely some cedar in there. I don’t really get jasmine; I never picked up on chamomile, but now that I have read the review, it makes sense — it serves to anchor the scent and prevent it from being too fresh.
It can be had online for a good price in the U.S.; recommended for spring / summer office wear.

Most of all this fragrance smells the lemon and green tea notes.
It’s light and fresh.
Not bad, but I’m not a fan of the green tea note in fragrances, so it’s not my cup of tea.

This is my second bottle already. I know, many people find it too simple, too fresh, too “tea and lemon”. But there’s something good about it… It won’t amaze you with extraordinary or remarkable composition. I think this is the best perfume if you look for lightness, summer mood and refreshness.
But I have it not only because of that. It’s connected with very valuable reminescences of mine, it reminds of wonderful days of my life… So to me it’s a way to come back in the past. I think most of you will agree that it’s big luck to have such a possibility.
As for me, I can definitely feel the bergamot, rose, green tea notes. They sound very gentle.
Once I was said I smelled mysteriously. Even the perfumes which are thought to be mysterious by many people didn’t get such an assessment.

very gentle, but with a hint of that fresh citrus… I do smell chamomile and lavander, very lovely for this price, a great office perfume, good for spring and summer.

I like it, very pleasant version of citrus aroma. Not sickly lemony (which I can’t stand) but fresh,green. I think due to the base notes (I love cedar).
More sophisticated and delicious than E.Arden Green tea and Ozone isn’t so dry.
I can recommend this for everyone, also for persons who hate lemon.

A very good, long lasting perfume. Fresh and a little sweet.For me it reminds me of oblique play, only a softer,less sharp one. Lovvvvvvvvvve it.
