Blindbought b/c got a very cheap opened bottle + some Swedish bloggers claimed they got a lot of ginger.
Update: on hair and somewhat on fabric I get cardamom now and it’s arguably mildly spicy.
Update 2 after 2 months: this has grown on me. I get mostly cardamom and tempered, buttery sweet notes. It’s like a mild gourmet.
**First** impression (sprayed 2 serious sprays on wrists 3 hrs ago): huh, rather awful honestly. I got a strange gasoline or rubber note at the very beginning that seems to be hanging in there still. It’s a very perfumey scent to me without any discernible specific notes, seems quite “feminine” to me, and very sweet. The first somewhat discernible note I got finally was vanilla. Eventually joined by a bit of something like butter or croissant. This might be the note people mean by “balsamic”. It’s certainly not woody, or like any wood resin I’ve ever smelled in Swedish forests, but I’ve heard balsamic described as sweet and oily and warm, which all would fit.
[Hm, by “feminine” – I think I mainly meant that I get no woods, which I was probably expecting, and no generically ‘male’ aftershave or ‘fresh’ cologne notes at all.)
Not directly unpleasant. It’s possible there’ll be a time and place when I’ll want to smell like this.
I wasn’t able at any point so far to pick out ginger, or any other spices, and I can’t construe what I smell as “spicy”.
So yeah. I’ll play with it at different temperatures etc a bit and update if my impression of changes.

Just had a sample size 1ml. Sg79 no. 1. First hint is orang, pink pepper. So light. A little bit spicy yes.
And the dry down very balsamic. Nice perfume.
