The peony, freesia and vetiver translate on my skin to lily of the valley and oakmoss. There’s a small hint of sandalwood and musk but just to let the florals rest on. This is a modern perfume trying to smell vintage without all of the original ingredients. It is kind of a watered-down shadow of a vintage. With that said, I like it. It’s benign for office wear and smells fresh and pretty but nothing stunning. This is NOT powdery unless weak translates to powdery. It is a bit sharp like orchid and freesia scents. The peony and freesia give it an almost aldehydic opening. The oakmoss/vetiver keeps it a woody floral.

I love it! It smells so elegant and pretty, and very very feminine. Such a beautifull peony, and such lovely rose, iris and violet. It’s light and powdery, fresh and also a bit fuzzy. It’s really lovely.

There is nothing about this fragrance to recommend it. To me it smells sharp and soapy. I love Nicole Miller by Nicole Miller and her Frenzy, so this was a blind buy based on that and on the reviews here. If you’re looking for a floral or a woody, powdery scent, this isn’t it.

Hi Everybody,
I am looking for a sister fragrance for John Galliano EDp. The notes of this one are quite purple too. Does it have any similarities?

This is a nice scent but not one of my signature scents. Ive had so many perfumes that I can’t remember why I did not use this as my signature scent but I did like it but not alot.
