All of the daffodils seem to have a different scent. The pale outers with dark innards, the all yellows, the yellows with the dark orange innards, etc. This perfume smells like the all yellow daffodils, they smell like honey and citrus. I picked one to compare and this actually came the closest to the smell of the common all yellow daffs to my nose. It is not a complex or deep rendition. It captures the moment you sniff that pollen/flower. Pretty and simple.

I left it at the work outhouse as an air freshener ( = pretty harsh review). Is this the scent of Narcissus? It’s sharp and unpleasant to inhale is all I know.

I just got a partial bottle of this. Its a really nice narcissus, fresh and sweet but not overly sweet with a woody drydown. It’s the best narcissus fragrance I’ve tried and longevity and sillage are very good. I wish it hadn’t been discontinued – I’ll have to hoard my 3/4 bottle!
