Kipenie – :
Yes, this is soapy, like a classic frag from Guerlain or Caron. It is intense musk with a hint of blended supporting citrus with no zest and a little spice. Very balanced. A nice, clean, deep soapy scent. Classic.
uteshydyecy – :
classic dial deodorant soap in perfume form – very good, if you like that smell.

I really like this. My bottle is (allegedly) circa the 80s, but has the same color as the photo above and smells wonderful. There is a peculiar yellow glycerin antiseptic soap aroma lifted by ridiculous aldehydes over a tremendous overdose of musk with a tinge of patchouli. It doesn’t smell expensive, just really old-fashioned. Every time I wear it, I feel like the protagonist of Metropolis. Dystopian Art-Deco robot bubble bath.

Grandma’s soap. If the idea sounds appealing then go ahead…
Extremely clean white musk with a slightly metallic edge and an overall old-fashioned soapy vibe. So bright that I’m starting to suspect the presence of some aldehydes. Nose tingling.
