I think this smells a lot like Mugler Innocent (but it does have a sour fruit note that I like which Innocent doesn’t have) – you probably wouldn’t need to own both. Innocent has better longevity.

I hate to say it, but……..this COULD be the last Mugler I try. All of the ones I loved before are now coming off as screechy or too masculine for my tastes or just “not” fitting my chemistry :o( I will give this one another try in summer – when it seems to be at its best – and update then.

This is soft, polite and ethereal. Smells like your skin, but better. In fact Mugler should have named this Angel, and Angel should have ben called Show. There, error fixed:)

This was a blind buy – it was only $20, and there were also no testers. Hmm. Not sure . . . I definitely like it, but it is pretty faint (a skin scent or weak?). It’s funny, my skin seems to loathe fresh, green scents so I just can’t wear them – but this, on my skin, does smell fresh and green. I guess it is the bergamot, yet it is not really a citrus scent (on me). In any case, I think I have the opposite of ‘pink’ and ‘show’; I have a light, green, springtime perfume that I imagine would be very safe for work, trains, etc. Which is awesome, for the price! Admittedly, though, the pink of the liquid really confuses me (worlds colliding).

I bought a bottle of this today. There wasn’t any testers but for $30 I thought why not! Well, it is pretty nice. It’s not on the level of Angel or Alien but it is a pleasant sparkly floral. I think it reminds me a bit of Eva Longoria’s first perfume? Even if you don’t absolutely love it though the bottle is stunning.

I have had this perfume for a length of time enough to understand it for what it is.
A truly wonderful white musk that is made very fresh with clean bergamot and just enough floral to make it feminie
I don’t normally like floral but this is flower Shop fresh.
if you hesitated at first try, go back.
I’m glad I did. and so cheap in Oz.
    Great sillage for EDT!

If, as some reviewers have stated, this is just another floral, then please, throw all those florals at me! I am not a simple floral lover, preferring the heavier gourmand sweet frags, but this one has me hooked.
I tested it in the shop this morning and thought, ‘meh’. Left the shop and returned a few hours later to buy my bottle after all.
The start was sharp and average. Not appealing at all. But over the next half hour it settled into a glorious sweet scent, magnolia yes, but blended with a hint of citrus dancing around, sometimes close and other times just out of reach. The light sneaky promise of musk to come tiptoes between them.
This scent started with the impression of being light and harmless, but as I sit here typing in a light breeze, it reaches up and punches me in the nose every now and then to remind me to appreciate it. And I do.
Mugler has not disappointed me and, as with my other Mugler scents, I cannot keep my nose off myself.
I am headed back to the shop tomorrow to pick up another bottle, just so I have a spare (or maybe two) for when this one runs out.
    Two thumbs up.

For those who cannot stand all the ”love or hate” or edgy and controversial Mugler’s fragrances, Show is for you. It happened to try it at the airport. It is indeed kind of a non-offending default floral as people described it, but I still liked it. It starts rather floral and it ends with musk. I couldn’t recognise the bergamont which is good for me. Its price is low, so if you like floral fragrances I don’t believe you will regret this one, but it is not unforgetable. Although, I believe it has something addicting as all the Muglers. By the way, my friend who was with me and he is totally ”uneducated” when it comes to fragrances, he prefered it over YSL Elle that I had sprayed on my other wrist.

The best translation I can give this fragrance is, if it were given an anthropomorphic representation, it would be a Parisian burlesque dancer. A showgirl with grand pink plumes, elegance and a reserved feminity. Not one that will give it all up front, but can be a tease. Marilyn Munroe in “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”; “diamonds are a girl’s best friend” would be another “show” girl example that would perfectly translate this.

As an Angel fan I was hoping this shocker would be another welcome TM fragrance I could enjoy. Sadly it just doesn’t live up to the hype at all, not helped by its luminous pink colour eluding to candy sweetness. It lacks all of the sophistication of Angel, in fact it smells like cheap room spray that’s been liberally sprayed in an over used loo if you catch my drift. Wide of the mark and trading on the TM name. The only great thing about this perfume is the fact it was a great disappointment.

I tried this today and I’m surprised at the negative feedback. Then again, I can understand that people who are used to edgy Mugler creations can feel disappointed.
Of all his scents this one has, ironically, the least “show” effect. I sprayed it before I boarded my plane as I realized after testing it on a blotter that this cannot possibly offend anyone who’s not clinically over-sensitive when it comes to musk.
The bergamot here is scrumptious, magnolia gives it the fresh, flowery feel. I swear I can smell amber here and some rose and jasmine, although it’s not listed. Musk is pretty intense but not overbearing (again, to me, I love musk).
The only thing that I was very disappointed about was longevity. I’ve never been a die hard Thierry Mugler fan, but it was always hats off to the scents’ projection and lasting power.
In this case, it was put to a test. I applied three heavy sprays but could barely smell it on myself after my (delayed, but still) plane finally landed.
This is by no means original, but it is very very good nonetheless.

I tried it today (and sprayed liberally) and as an avid Mugler fan… what a disappointment! Its an average “nice” floral. Not Mugler at all. And I am not usually good with notes but wanted to say that to me it seems that the house is trying to attract a more ample market, maybe women on their early twenties that do not dare to use the other more bold and to me, original and creative, ones. With this, this house looses a bit of, ironically, its fun and seriousness.
Its a safe, day to day, “pink” floral.

I also tried it and don’t want to search for any secret hidden in it. Boring cheap fruity. Some Avon gives similar scent for much smaller money.

So I guess I will be the first one writing a ‘real’ review here, since I smelled it yesterday at the airport of Amsterdam. I have to say I was excited to try it, since Thierry most often creates very controversial scents… But I have to say, this one to me was just ‘nice’. I sprayed it on a paper and it was just sweet to my nose. Something floral fruity, which hasn’t even attracted my attention later on and didn’t make me curious to try it out on the skin. The staying power is probably very good like all Muglers, so if you want that quality in combination with a sweet scent that is easy to wear this one is the way to go. But maybe I need to try it one more time so I will discover some some hidden secret… Else I’m a bit dissapointed..!

It annoys me to the extreme when people vote before the fragrance is even RELEASED! It’s not only annoying, but quite childish if you ask me. About the fragrance, i LOVE the bottle.. but the notes don’t sound too appealing. Then again, i was put off by the notes in Womanity and it turned out to be amazing….hopefully i will be saying the same thing about this one….AFTER it’s released!!

I want it already! Anything mugler touches has some merit whether its for the right or wrong reasons. His creations are always talking points and that’s what we love. Even Bmen which I hate has a certain car crash rubbernecking fascination. You cannot deny the skill involved in what he puts out there.
