It is ok i suppose , it does not last very long on the skin., hence the price i guess. Definitly sweet , definitly rosey .. but nothing to shout home about .. just another generic sweet floral scent .

Tried this juice a couple of times, and each time I get a slightly different interpretation. The bottle, the name..all have that ’90s vibe…but don’t judge a book by its cover – Mixte on me first few seconds is a lush, youthful (sweet) rose-ripe-raspberry scent. Utterly gorgeous, not the most natural smelling rose/fruit but not all too synthetic, either. During the dry down it becomes less lush fruity. Vanilla and musk are making their rounds. Powdery-berry-hint of rose essence. It’s not a straight up rose. I am a rose lover, Mixte has just enough youthful sweet rose to make this a “trendy”, “fashion/street wear” type of scent.
On certain days, i kid you not, there is a hint of “oudh” like undertone/bit medicinal-powdery-rosy afterthoughts. If By Kilian’s Rose Oud(my signature scent)is the mother, and she has a daughter…she would be Mixte. …
Sillage: Mid range. people few feet away will notice you.
Projection: Bold, Lush.
Longevity: 3-5 Hours.
During 2016 blind buy I have the most luck with Jeanne Arthes line.

I think this fragrance is so pretty and feminine, its rose and sweet and just fantastic to smell. My mother bought this one time and I did appreciate it, there is no acidic or artificial undertow. If you find Mixte I hope you appreciate it because it isn’t touted too much in my country. Saw one on sale for TT20 in a damaged bottle but did not bother to buy. I regret it now, I think part of it is the nostalgia. If you are a rose fan, pick up Mixte and you won’t be disappointed.

This is a very beautiful soft scent. It’s sweet, berry, powdery vanilla. I remember reading somewhere it has a white chocolate note? This is a wonderful yummy scent.
I find it similar to Hanae Mori EDT, which I also have. If you like that one you should like this too.
