“Meili 5 is inspired by celadon. Its green color is that of the sacred stone: jade. Notes of green tangerine, exotic fruit and vetiver echo the material. The designs adorning the bottles are inspired by the Chinese pottery offered to members of powerful dynasties. The traditional materials used to make pottery are the very essence of these ten perfumes, set in mother-of-pearl and black enamel. The perfumers’ inspiration was built around the color of the materials used and the different textures of ceramics.” – a note from the brand.
