I felt obliged to post a review on here because I came soooo close to blind buying this one online after reading all of these fantastic reviews, but at the last second decided to wait until I got to the airport’s duty free to test it first. Holy crap, I am so glad I waited. This 100% legitimately smells like the soap/toilet perfume/whatever they use in porta-potties. LIke WHAM walking into a port-o-loo. If you’ve ever used a porta pottie, you will know the distinctive antiseptic public restroom soap smell that I am talking about. Luckily, the scent only lasted for about 20 mins anyway…

Yay, a truly fresh yet still feminine (not unisex), light, powdery, slightly sweet perfume!!! Almost went back for the Rain too, but am so glad I stuck with Cotton as the dry downs presented themselves. The Rain became a lovely but stronger incarnation of the classic Love’s Rain Scent, while Cotton developed into a featherweight, airy spring-fresh, ever so delicately gourmand powder delight. So happy that a helpful Ulta salesperson guided me to it when I pleaded for something light and girly, not harsh and “sophisticated”! Love it!

As elected one of the best variants in the Splash Collection, Cotton is really down-to-the-earth… A top full of citrus and aldehydes, a classical muguet heart, and some soapy lavender, in the end filled with dreadful musk and sandalwood. It’s a good example for deodorant and fabric cleanser, and maybe suitable for those who are seeking for a “clean” scent.

Not sure if they are being repromoted, but I tested this one along with cucumber, rain, and pear at Ulta in the US today, so stock up all you people lamenting the loss of this fragrance!
This is a cozy, photorealistic fragrance of sticking your nose in a soft, white, well-loved cotton T-shirt done in a way I’ve never smelled in a fragrance before. Normally cotton scents either smell like artificial cotton mixed with flowers, or bounce dryer sheets. This one nails that freshly laundered cotton scent with some warmth added in. So soft and nice!

Here is “a-fragrance-for-people-who-don’t-like-fragrances” (another one???). Fresh and clean wash powder kind of stuff. Unnecessary!

no, actually it doesn’t smell like cotton to me. it smells rather fresh but not like lemons…more like fresh laundry. and it has this casual mood. somehow it smells like a “white simple shirt”, but more of the idea of it, imo.

i really love this scent it’s really light and fresh for everyday use…like talcum scent but this is so simply…like fresh air at mountain…
