I’m from Asia and I know what lychee should smell like. This edt does not really smell like lychee if that’s what you’re looking for. For the first 15 seconds there’s a faint hint of lychee, and it quickly dries into a very sweet floral scent. I found it a little too sweet and too strong. Maybe it suits a younger lady under 25?

I don’t smell Lychee at all in this!!! I LOVE lychee, and the only perfume that smells truly like lychee is Paris Babydoll.

To me this smells mostly like lychee (fruit wise) but I can get the mangosteen adding that little something extra. I think of lychee bubble tea drinks, which really makes me smile since I don’t recall ever had a bad time going out for bubbles.
Along side the fruit I get a soapy non-descript sweet floral. I guess a combination of freesia and magnolia makes sense, although I don’t smell them separately, they are mashed together somehow. I think the flowers smell pink to me, I always visualize that generic floral scent icon fragrantica uses with the pink flowers.
Idk how long this lasts on skin because w/ body shop stuff I am always spraying my shirt anyhow. I get about 6 hours, it doesn’t project much, is more of a “me” scent.
It’s sweet, a bit unique, clean, and playful. Oh, and I have to add my friend got me a fresh bottle from her trip to Japan! So they are still selling it new overseas.

I used to own Lychee Blossom EdT and body wash, but I ended up getting rid of them because there was something a little bitter and plastic about them that I just couldn’t get down with. Bitter and plastic does not always mean bad or unwearable for me, but in certain scents it works, and in this one it just didn’t.
For Body Shop scents, I strongly prefer the fluffy milky sweetness of White Musk Libertine EdT, and for lychee scents I prefer Fresh Sugar Lychee, which is a delectable refreshing lychee/pink lemonade scent, and I also enjoy Kiehl’s Orange Flower and Lychee, which is a sweet summery and joyful blend of big lychee fruit and white florals. They are all pretty affordable as well.

I have been waiting for almost 2 or 3 years to buy this perfume, as I initially thought it has been discontinued by TBS.because I haven’t seen it being advertised or displayed anymore since then.
However, it was actually yesterday. I went to TBS boutique just to tried out any latest fragrance released.then,I saw this lychee blossom being displayed on the rack.i was so happy to see n tried it promptly.oh dear, the smell really reminded me of my roomate.she had this before n I really liked it on her.she smelled very nice n lovely.then,it also reminded me of a doctor in my previous ward where I worked 3 years ago.i could easily recognised n knew that she was wearing this perfume while she reviewed a patient.i approached her n purposely asked,
“are u wearing TBS’s lychee blossom?”
    she replied,
    “yes I am.”
    she asked me again,
    “why?”
    then I answered,
    “u smells very nice.”
    She said,
    “oh thank you”
Regarding the smell,it has warm n quite sensual fruity floral scent..it is not overpowering as well.the lychee fruit is very dominant. I am also able to smell the mangosteen fruit in it.i thought lychee blossom has rose or maybe gardenia flower in it.as I can smell it clearly,to my nose..but unfortunately, none of these two flowers stated.it’s actually freesia n magnolia.i think these two are a good combination as it brings out the freshness n watery character in this perfume n not making it a heavy scented perfume.
wholeheartedly,I am happy n pleased to have you, lychee blossom!

I never liked this on myself, but on my friend, this was a gorgeous fruity cocktail that never smelled too sweet or too girly. It reminded me exactly of a tall chilled fruit cocktail. I loved it when she wore this! It’s a pity it’s been discontinued.

I like litchi but this was just too much of it. It’s almost single note and the litchi runs over all of the other notes. By itself it is extremely sweet and cloying. Really wanted to like this one but the litchi is too much by itself.

Smells like litchi bubble tea mixed with watery, musky magnolia. I prefer litchi in a supporting role (such as in Madness). Nice tropical option that doesn’t smell like a pina colada, but nothing to write home about.

I’ve searched EVERYWHERE to find a similar fragrance to my all-time favorite perfume, which is Emily the Strange: The Day Everything Went Strange (Hot Topic winter of 2006/2007). I’m very easily attached to fragrances, but nothing rocks my nostalgia like smelling the one bottle of that perfume I own. Walking into The Body Shop and finding Lychee Blossom, on clearance, was a major feat. The unfortunate thing is that it’s being discontinued, but at least now I know what notes to look for.
I’ll review this how I review all perfumes. For one thing, the bottle is average in appearance. I do not like the way the cap perfectly hugs the atomizer, though. The nozzle did get stuck in the cap at one point and I had to retrieve it with tweezers. I also wish The Body Shop perfumes came in larger bottles, like their body sprays.
The scent is lovely and, to me, extremely addictive, but unfortunately, this particular perfume not only does not last long at all, but changes drastically on my skin unfortunately. I know this is likely just my chemistry with it, but I’d have liked it to stay more true to its fragrance while I’m wearing it. I can spray it in my hair and clothes, though, which is pretty effective.
Overall, while I love the scent, I don’t like how it performs on me or the fact that I can no longer buy it sans eBay. That being said, it’s still getting an 8/10 for being the closest thing I’ve ever found to my all-time favorite.
    xx

This is great! Very sour and sweet at the same time and fruity. Original too, I don’t think I have ever smelt a fume quite like this.
This blind buy turned out to smell pretty much exactly like I expected based on the notes, reviews and the bottle. Nice surprise! 😀
Edit. 5 hrs after applying a spray and it’s still there, excellent!

Didn’t last that long. Very fruity. Suitable for day use & summer.

As said before, this is a simple fragrance. Tart with an edge of sweetness, but the longevity is poor; no more than 15 minutes on my clothes and the smell is gone. At times it smells like mosquito repellent or citronella to me (I do like both smells by the way, but a warning to others). I am assuming it is discontinued since it is not sold on The Body Shop’s website.

This reminds me to M by Masaki Matsushima. Light, Sweet and freshy in my opinion this one is SIMPLE but perfect. Daytime used and mid-summer is better than rainny season.
Anyway, I got this set and Body Mist has longative than Toilette
    8/10 Simple but Perfect

I was disappointed with this fragrance. I love lychee so much. I am always looking out for a replacement for my limited edition Fresh Memoirs of a Geisha perfume. I like JHAG Miss Charming. Unfortunately this perfume lasted only about 20 minutes on my skin and didn’t smell enough like lychee for me to want to buy it. It’s called “Lychee Blossom” so I should have known it would be more about the blossom than the delicious fruit. It’s a nice, clean scent, but sadly not what I was hoping for.

i like this little gem. a nice everyday warmer weather scent. tart and sweet little lychees dominate this fragrance with a nice soft floral musk as a side note. dosen’t have the greatest lasting power. as stated, usually an hour and you’ll have to reapply. but still, i like it. its refreshing. 7.5-10.

Lychee/Litchi lovers listen up! This is one must have fragrance for you. It’s nicely sweet lovely fruity scent. It’s simple and mouth watering! It makes me crave for this fruit or some sort of sorbet. Great for spring and summer use. Yum…!

    a nice sweet fruity perfume. when i first sprayed it, it totally reminds me of lychee :3 though, yeah, it does not last that long ;_;

A real shame that this does not last longer.I have to re-apply every hour.Apart from that it is a lovely fruity perfume.

When I was at Body Shop, I first smelled the shower gel and was really taken with lytchi note. Eagerly, I spritzed edt on my wrist-hmm, where is the litchi note? In the edt, its nowhere near as prominent as it is in body products. Not sure why that is but without it, it smells like nice generic fruity floral, not very distinctive from hundreds of others. Lasting power is minimal on me-less than 1 hour. Dissapointing…

A surprisingly nice one from The Body Shop. Usually I find their floral scents to be pretty consistently boring and/or synthetic, but this is neither. Lychee Blossom is a straight-forward, crisp and fresh scent. It definitely smells like juicy litchi and fresh florals. Thankfully I don’t get any abrasive scent from the freesia in this – just a light, clean, floral undertone. A great option if you’re looking for an affordable, light but deliciously juicy floral perfume.
The body lotion and body butter are also wonderful and definitely worthwhile purchases in themselves!

For me, lychee blossom is a fruity and slightly green type of fragrance, the top note is sweet and summery, after a few minutes I can detect a sharp green notes similar to the Japanese Cherry Blossom from TBS which I don’t really like. I’m not not going to repurchase this edt, I rather try another perfume with more character.

I smelt this on my friend and immediately went to get it myself especially when was not only in the sale but buy one get one half price! I tried it on myself and was very nice but quite powerful so I went ahead and bought the two bottles. Now I’m not so sure and I might take them back. The scent hit the back of my throat a bit like a strong fruit squash does which is not pleasant. I had to wash it off. Maybe I will keep one bottle and try it again on a not so hot and sticky day as the weather might have affected it.

This is a floral, tart fragrance. It’s nothing special. I would not buy this product.

In the Uk, it costs around £10, which is CHEAP!
And the smell isnt bad either, maybe a little too much like the NEXT Diamonds perfume.
I love this and I think its good for summertime. Reminds me of Rue in France. Dont ask why.
    10/10 for fragrance
    10/10 for price
    7/10 for style

Guava and litchi brings fruitines in this, but still it`s very airy and transparent scent.Clean and beautiful.I think this would be perfect for sunny summer days.

this is a very lovely scent from TBS, I think the best from all of this brand.
clear, dominant lychée smell, ideal for young adults, but for matured ones too who loves the fruity summery scents.
But it isn’t enough sophisticated for me to buy it, and it is very pricey here.
