By all accounts, I should at least LIKE this going off the notes listed, and while I don’t find it offensive, it isn’t something I like on me, either.
There are citrus and floral notes here, they are just drowning under the musty patchouli and sandalwood. I am also not sure if this is an effect of the base due to mine being a solid perfume, but it so much reminded me of the classic Avon solid perfumes that came in the fancy little rings, tchotchkes and whatnot. My mom had a collection of these when I was child, and while I could always tell that they were SUPPOSED to smell different, the waxiness of the base gave them all the same off-cast, especially on my skin.
