I actually didn’t like this at all.
To my nose, it’s just blah! A washing up liquid scent. Didn’t develop on my skin at all and stayed very linear. If I was to describe the scent, l’d say warm apples. Not in a natural or thanksgiving way/ but more chemical? I know this is popular… so l guess my chemistry just didn’t gel.

Lovely opens on my skin with a tender and moderatly sweet mix of citrusese with dominant lemon and florals with dominant green freesia laying on top of a cozy vanilla.
During mid development,floral bouquet becomes stronger with a romantic touch of violet and iris.
This all leads into a musky,moderatly sweet and floral base with dominant vanilla and musk.

I was looking forward to this based on the reviews and the name ‘lovely’. So I got the attar and tried it on and am sorry to say it’s urinal central on my skin. My cat actually ran away, stopped and looked at me bewildered. I’m not exaggerating. It smells horribly like pee on my skin. Gotta go take a long shower.

I just got into Al Rehab, and this house is wonderful!!! So many fragrances I can’t wait to try, and I’ve already ordered some of the most popular on here-including this one-Lovely. This is accurately named and this is Escada Moon Sparkle, but WAY better! It’s a much smoother and CREAMIER Moon Sparkle,and it’s delightful and pretty. Great house that’s so humble!

Not my kind of fragrance so I won’t write too much… but it’s a pretty scent: fresh-green floral with citrus, subtle berry notes, hint of mint, clean musk and a touch of vanilla. Would be nice for a spring day, I think. Nicely blended, and recommended if you like fresh-light floral-fruity scents.

Lovely has fresh citrus notes but I can also smell fruity aura of berries(mostly black berry)and something sweet and creamy.it’s not unisex to my nose by any means.it’s girly and youthful,delicious but also refreshing.after enjoying berry-cream confection for about half an hour or a bit more,sweetness mellows a bit and I can smell soft and clean florals,powdery clean musk and something like vanilla marshmallow and lemon meringue.dry down is pure lemon pie on me.soft and not much sweet anymore but still tastey and girly
I can’t find right words to explain how much I enjoyed this pretty,yummy,super feminine scent.indeed lovely and though very similar,I like it even more than “sweet like candy”.longevity doesn’t pass moderate but it’s not faint.I’m happy with it’s sillage.
My sister in law came back after hours still talking about how sweet it was but she also couldn’t believe amount of positive comments of her friends on her perfume and that her date couldn’t stop sniffing

This was a blind buy for me from Amazon, very cheap. I think it is a very straight up citrus floral. On my skin I don’t have any musk. Just citrus floral. It’s refreshing and a summer frag. I think it’s unisex, and not offensive in any way. It is not a heavy scent at all. I am enjoying it. Not sure I would purchase a large bottle yet. This perfume house is very high quality and I highly recommend trying out as many of these fragrances as possible. I get many compliments when I wear them and I now own quite a few.

This smells to me like a straight up fruity floral, but very heavy on the fruit. But berries, not citrus. Very sweet. I keep smelling my wrist looking for the other notes and the clean vibe, but I can’t find them. i was hoping for some green on the dry down, but it just stays fruity. It sounded so perfect, and I couldn’t wait for it to arrive, and I’m so sad it doesn’t work on me. Tears…
EDIT: I should mention that this smells much better and more complex in the bottle than it does on my skin. I thought I could smell a touch of mint, musk, and something herbal/spicy, but as soon as it hit my skin it turned into berries. Fake ones. Fickle chemistry.

I bought this fragrance alongwith Al rehab Space (not listed in fragrantica)….I am disappointed…smells like some fruit jam….In India a perfume called Fawakee is sold…which smells exactly like this…..fruity smell all over..possibly women like this…but beware men…never buy this fruity stuff!!!…

Tangerine indeed. In my place,so many things use this kind of scent such as for car refreshner hanger like Glade and many others. Use widely in Taxi refreshner, and for home air conditioner refresher hanger. Also I feel the same notes appear in floor cleaner, window clear cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, etc etc. so I smell this tangerine scent like everywhere… No depth at all.. Just a tangerine itself.
Similar with other widely used scents like apples + grapes + lemon + tangerine, in my place many brands and many products use exactly similar scents. A good safe scent for your car, kitchen, living room, garage, etc. Make this smell cheap to my nose.

I wanted to fall in love with this like many other reviewers, but to be blunt, it’s a dead ringer for Febreze. Most people in the US are familiar with Febreze, the spray air freshener/odor eliminator.
While it’s definitely not an offensive scent – in fact, it’s quite pleasant – I just can’t extinguish from my mind this association with an air freshener. Lovely does not smell expensive or finely blended. It smells like a $4 oil, which is what it is.
It does smell better on the skin that it does straight from the bottle, like most other Al Rehab oils. It has a slightly musky drydown, less so than my other oils, but the muskiness does present itself. Unfortunately, by the time it’s drying into something other than a Febreze dupe, the scent is pretty much gone. Sillage is also minimal, unless you use a quarter of the bottle right after a shower. I knew it was going to be a light scent when I bought it, though. This seems louder than Dalal out of the bottle and when first applied, but Dalal lasts a bit longer and quite honestly it’s a better fragrance than Lovely.
I said this in another recent Al Rehab review: I believe I have already bought the best scents from this perfume house. I may have overstayed my welcome. So I think I will just stick to the few Al Rehabs I absolutely love (Soft, Choco Musk, Silver, Sandra, Dalal, Rasha) and stock up on those.

Definately a bracing type of citrus! Good for those who usually only like aquatics, as a gentle stretch from their comfort zone.
I love rich orange and orange blossom scents, and even pungent lime ( as in O de Lancome ), but not this. However, it would appear to be a matter of skin chemistry, since I very much enjoy Lovely on others. 🙂

I’ve had a small roll on bottle of Lovely for several months and I absolutely love it. It smells bright, sweet and clean. When I ordered Lovely from Al-Rehab I also ordered White Musk and Soft. They are all very beautiful scents in their own right, but Lovely is my go-to. Could easily be worn to work, non offensive scent. silage is soft and light. The scent lasts around 3-4 hours on me, so not too long. It helps when I use a non scented lotion before applying the attar.

Lemons, vanilla and a tiny hint of mint. A straightforward daytime fragrance for summer that smells neither powdery nor too citrus-cologne-y. Layers well with coconut or white chocolate fragrances / body lotions. My Mum who is pretty much a perfume (and powder) hater begged me for it after she noticed the fragrance on me me… I was really surprised so I was happy to part with it, since it’s normally really hard to find a scent she would like. I guess I will have to get a new rollerball for myself then. if you are familiar with Al Rehab scents, in olfactory terms Lovley is situated halfways between Silver and Soft. I do not find it to be a green fragrance though so don’t be too influenced by the categorization above and give it a try if you are after a sweet lemon fragrance.

This is so fresh, clean and uplifting, but unlike the rest of the Al-Rehabs that I own, this one has poor staying power which is a shame because it would have been the perfect summer fragrance. I have the spray, I wonder if the oil lasts longer. I can’t really complain though since it costs close to nothing. It is indeed a lovely scent.

I blind bought 3 al rehabs and Lovely is definitely my favorite! It is a soft and creamy citrusy floral that makes me smile. It is sweet, but not overly so, and could easily pass as a designer fragrance. Well worth the few $’s!

This could easily be a scent from the Clean line or indeed even from the Aqua Allegoria line by Guerlain. Lovely has the same fresh, zesty quality to it, at the same time smelling a bit longer and projecting nicer. The perfect summer scent in my opinion although today is a windy, sunny and cold February afternoon and it manages to pick my spirits up 🙂
It’s citrusy, it’s fresh and has a sweet and warm musky dry down that wafts up and makes me smile.
Thumbs up and highly recommend, another Al-Rehab successful blind buy!

This is a very pretty, fresh scent, that opens with what seems like an orange blossom and a lemon infused gin note. I also get a hint of lily and a bit of fern. It dries down to an exquisite and prominent creamy white musk accord. The scent lives very close to the skin, and has a fleeting quality; it doesn’t last more than an hour. I happily reapplied it to experience it again and realized it shared some qualities in common with Ralph Lauren’s vintage Lauren, but is like the incomplete version of it. I may try applying after a shower to see if the oil increases in potency and longevity. Lovely is exactly what the name promises, and a steal.

I’m having a bit of a love affair with Al Rehab fragrances at the moment. The quality and longevity is astounding considering the price.
Lovely is lovely! It opens with a bast of lemons which smells like lemonade and then this quickly settles into a rather gorgeous musky addictive sweet fragrance.
I have no idea what notes are in this but I can tell you with no uncertainty that this perfume smells very expensive and is totally ‘lovely’

Lovely is infact LOVELY. I can’t quite describe the smell accurately, I mean as you can see from the notes it is a concoction of citruses, floral notes and musk, but that only tells half the story. These seriously are the most sublime citrus and floral notes I think I have ever smelled and the musk brings it all together in this gorgeous aroma . It is so fresh and light with tiny hints of sweetness and just pure elegance all the way . If you have not tried this yet you are seriously missing out. HEAVENLY.
