Love Wins is a highly wearable and highly enjoyable fragrance that celebrates all that is wonderful about love.
Love Wins opens with a bright and juicy accord of ylang-ylang and black plum. There’s almost a snow cone-like sweetness in the first few minutes after spraying. The sensuous floral heart of Love Wins evokes the deeper connection that grows with more time spent together. A heady and narcotic note of jasmine adds a sexy aspect to this layer of the fragrance, but alongside this overt sexuality is a tenderness imparted by lily-of-the-valley.
As Love Wins dries down, a warm and comforting base emerges. Honeyed amber heated by spicy star anise and clove notes blend with the sweet fuzziness of tonka bean and a soft, cozy musk. Those last lingering amber notes—still noticeable after a full workday’s wear—embrace the wearer with tenderness and affection rather than carnality.
