This is Lolita Lempicka EDP perfected. A lighter, brighter version, not watered down, just with an added drop of summer. It’s also missing the anise note which I really disliked.
This is pretty and powdery – feminine soft and romantic. Perfect for warm summer nights. Beautiful bottle, soft projection and medium longevity. It’s a love for me.

This perfume is heavenly, it smells clean, powdery and a little bit soapy , it is light but at the same time long lasting, people will notice you. Whenever I wear it I feel innocent, refreshed, almost reborn. The main notes on my skin are iris and musk with a hint of sweet violet. It is a perfect scent for a little girl or to anyone who want to smell clean and pure. I love it. I live in China and this is far the most complimented scent, everyone seems to love the smell.

At last I bought this. Happy to add this bottle to my collection as it’s really pretty. For me EDT is lovelier than the EDP but only because the EDP develops with too much tonka and chocolate on my skin. The EDT is like the EDP’s top notes; cherry, anise, violet very soft tonka and musk. Perfect for autumn!

I must come to the defense of the Lolita Lempicka EdT. It is a colder, fresher, sharper, airier, clean muskier version of the EdP and it still manages to retain the LL character. The iris is absolutely beautiful. While the EdT seems to be thought of as the “summer version” I think this could smell stunning on a crisp winter’s day.

Found it as a tester with no Perfume available.
Got the 100ml for ten dollars! ye-hah!
Notes above are a bit wonky, I can definitely smell ivy & Anise.
Perfect for really hot weather, a great summer fragrance, fun and flirty and good projection for a EDT.
No the best longevity but I’m not bothered, I’m after the drop dead Gorgeous bottles and this blue fairy beauty is just to die for with its Diamantes and translucent blue stem.
    Scent 6 / 10 okay for a flanker
    Bottle 10/10

blind buy at my local drug store. No testers to preview the scent. on sale i figured why not ….. so far. I do not smell any licorice or vanilla . That being the sole reason i purchased i am Rather disapointed. What i do smell is powdery violet even light lily .. its ok. Very light not over powering … will not repurchase.

Initially I thought meh about this. Nice, but nothing special. But it’s grown on me. Yes, it smells like soap, and no, i don’t smell any of the notes other than powdery soap, but it’s light, fresh, and clean. I don’t think it’s got much projection, but I do get whiffs of it every now and then and it’s just a pretty, clean scent.
It’s a perfect scent for a hot summer day.
Edit: I’ve grown to love it so much I bought a 75ml bottle from eBay for $28- bargain!! It’s super hard to distinguish between this and the Le premier EDT, which comes in a white box (and supposedly a bite taken out but some bottles do not). This scent just makes me so happy, no incense-woodiness of the EDP or some weird aquatic, alcohol type scents that dominate the “affordable” category. Yes, it smells like a clean soap, but it’s so utterly pretty. By far my favourite LL.

These perfumes are so confusing to differentiate between when shopping online. The really mixed reviews make me wonder if others had the same issue as well. Or maybe this one is just a real chameleon.
On me this has a very soapy feel. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s not a scent group to which I gravitate. I can see this smelling really clean and nice on someone who makes better life choices than me. Like someone who probabaly has a savings account, 401k, and a ten-step plan they follow to the letter.
I don’t get any licorice, fruit, or vanilla. Just a floral soap with musk. I can’t decide if the incense is there or if that’s just the musk screwing with my nose.
Glad I only got a teenytiny splash bottle of this.
The quest for vanilla-free licorice continues!

“From the awakening of desire to the taste of temptation, the story continues…In its forbidden fruit bottle, Eau de Toilette is a fruity floral interpretation of Liquorice Flower. A mouth watering fragrance that conjures up the taste of passionate kisses!”
I have romantic memories of this fragrance. I used to wear it in summer and autumn.

It’s a MUCH lighter version of the original. It’s doesn’t last very long on the skin, kinda like a cologne. It’s good for summer and social situations where you want a scent on but want it discreet. It dries down to a soapy skin scent.
I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again when my 1oz size runs out.

I got a deal on this, but it’s boring. All the original LL without any oomph. Just watered down with less anise/licorice. A floral powder with no lasting power or sillage. Maybe it works better on others, but I wish I got another original LL.

  12. :

On me smells like sweet iris and violets, but somehow senthetic and cheap. With so many wonderful fragrances on the market can’t think of one reason to buy this. Dislike.

  13. :

I received 5ml sample from this edt. I don’t feel this as interesting as Au Masculin, they’re similar, but this is sweeter. To me it’s just watered powdery-violet, boring, lacks the power, nothing special, I can’t imagine this could be someone’s signature scent…

  14. :

I have the EDT, but my body chemistry isn’t right for it. All I get from it is licorice 🙁
EDIT: The bottle was too old as it never worked for me. I tried to force it on some of my girlfriends before it went bad, but with no luck. Poor little thing is now in the trash. I prefer the EdP!

Everyone who loves Lolita Lempicka fragrances will probably love this beautiful edt. I bought it when I thought the edp was a bit too hard to handle, but then I grew into it eventually.
As cocodust says in her review further down this is a “marsmallow puff of sweetness”. I agree, a beautiful one but just a puff I’m afraid. Since I’m used to quite bold fragrances by now I find the edt a bit too weak for my taste. I love the anise, the sweetness and the translucent feel it has, with moderate green and balsamic notes, and I love the powder. The only thing I don’t love is the sillage after 30 minutes and then the duration which is poor. I use it to sleep on, but since I have so many other great fragrances to sleep on as well I think it will be a gift for my mother some day soon.

on me, this scent smells like liquorice and violets, with a nice powedery scent to it. It is an amazing perfume, especially in cold weather.

at first spray it really smells like soap. straight up soap. then i would say it really smells like the violet and the iris mixed with some powdery musk amd some peppery vanilla undertones. overall i think its a unique and very good fragrance. i good daytime fragrance. someone could definitely wear this to work. i would say its for an over 25 crowd. not a young overly sweet fragrance.
my husband thinks it smells nice. he described it peppery and flowery. lasting time isnt great but it is an edt.

    My dear and beautiful apple!
How long have I been wanting you… and today I catched this seductive fruit!
It was a blind buy, I relied on positive opinions and I’m glad!
Love at first sniff and whiff, when I close my eyes, it feels like I’m in wonderland, and this pleasant scent cloud embraces me.
First of all the bottle is so amazing, like a translucent gem in jewelry box with sophisticated design.
Though the scent is very warm and sweet, it’s fresh and not heavy at the same time.
At the first blowing I got the smell of cherry and lemon, later it becomes powdery, mixed with floral notes. It reminds me a bit of LL Fleur Defendue (Forbidden Flower), because of the cherry, violet, and iris.
I think I’ll use often this miracle in summertime, ’cause it’s lighter than the original EDP.
Summarizing: fabulous, soft and sweet fragrance, like a fairy tale, I adore moi Lolita!

When I just sprayed it I thought ‘I am not going to like this’. I am glad I gave it some time to develop before judging it too quickly. It is a nice blend of iris, musk and nuttiness, that envelopes me like a balmy mist… Lovely, and I’m glad I bought a large bottle.A successful blind buy.
Edit: I have to add my second review. I ended up giving my bottle away. As another reviewer said, it was bringing out a combination of cigarette stale ashtray and a medicinal note I couldn’t stand. I am better of with L de Lolita Lempicka, which is more my kind of perfume anyway!

I got this thinking it was the EDP… Genius, I know. It’s actually really nice; I think this will work very nicely in warmer weather. It’s the only violet perfume that I really like, since it lacks that dusty, ‘old cupboard’ smell that most violet perfumes have for me.
Longevity and sillage leave something to be desired, but that is actually why it works for summertime. I don’t want to be a scentbomb for those around me when it’s hot and gross out.
It can usually be found for a very reasonable price. The bottle is also very pretty. I give it a 4/5!

I got a 7ml mini from a co-worker, and don’t really know what to make of this fragrance.
I normally wear gourmands and this probably doesn’t suit me as it is more floral/powder/musk than sweet, which is totally fine if that’s what you are into.
While I can handle the licorice in Pink Sugar, notes of it in this fragrance just strike me as bizarre.
To me, this smells like a “LUSH” store (which I love), mixed with baby powder (which I hate).

Another favourite by Lolita Lempicka ! I had the original eau de parfum when the perfume was first released, and it was a very intensive scent, long lasting and heavy on the licorice notes. This one is very much like the original, but softer and lighter-more suitable for day to day wear. I’m very pleased I got a bottle for £14 on Ebay and am so happy with it. The bottle is pale blue with tiny diamantes embedded into the glass,so pretty. The scent is a powdery version of the original,a little more floral but still with the signature licorice and a pretty violet and iris hint with a powderpuff base. I’m yet to find a Lolita that I don’t like!

Following time on the market change scent, resignation. This version is beautiful.! I think that the firm does not want to pay for these crystals and perhaps dear expensive composition of this scent?
I worship this versions is subtle, feminine, carnal, alluring. I bought now 75 ml, uuuffff…
Now the new wersion EDT is for me similar to prada infu.iris.

This is a really nice, marshmallow puff of sweetness.
I am slightly disappointed by how light it is though, it lasts no time at all. I wish I had gone for the EDP.

This fragrance reminds a lot the original Lolita Lempicka, only it’s much more light and less sweet. The freesia note makes it more tender, too.
    I like this fragrance.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

This is just perfect – while edp is hard to stomach, it is heavy, dusty and too sweet, the edt smells of a fairytail garden after the rain, painted in delicate blue shades. This was the original first perfume and like all first instincts was right – it is a glorious example that sometimes less is more.

  29. :

    5 out of 5

The pronounced Iris note is the front-runner here. It develops a beautiful character once it settles. The initial sharpness is rounded out and you are left with a very clean, fresh yet soft and feminine skin scent.
A must pick-up if you are looking for a day wear.

  30. :

    5 out of 5

I bought it last winter as a lighter alternative to EDP, but it always seemed to me the plainer sister of the two, shallow, simplier…
How different it smells now in April! When EDP is slightly too sweet and dusty, EDT smells of flowers and ivy like garden during a hot summer day. It is a summer scent, definitely. And on a rainy day I can smell something like freshly cut grass in it – very sensual yet refreshing

  31. :

Just tried this today. As with some of the reviewers here, I also prefer the EDP version.
The initial 30min was not a very good experience, too much anise. Gave it some time, and it mellowed out nicely, more in line with the EDP version, but of course lighter and with less “WOW” factor.
Although I agree that the EDP would be too heavy for the summer, I think the EDT would be as well, so this cannot serve as a warm weather replacement for the ever resplendent EDP.

  32. :

    5 out of 5

i had the EDP version too, but I like this better as it’s less heavy, more suitable for daytime use. I find it similar to guerlain insolence.

  33. :

    5 out of 5

i love Lolita Lempicka EDP better than the EDT. the EDP is sweeter and stronger and is a totally different experience for me than the EDT. i unfortunately bought a bottle of the EDT thinking, “ah…what the heck! it’s probably just as good as the EDP, but lighter.” well, it doesn’t come close enough for me to keep the bottle. i will sell my 1oz bottle to anyone who is interested at a very reasonable price. i probably sprayed it 4 times. i just couldn’t fall in love with it. or i’m so down for a trade, if anyone is interested PM me! happy hunting!

First fragrance that has ever resulted in a headache (within the first 15 minutes). A strange fragrance for sure, didn’t really like it but also did not hate it…oddly sour, yet sweet…heavy powder smell. I am not a fan of anise or licorice but I noticed someone felt that this edt reminded them of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris edt (which is one of my top 5 of all time) so i figured i’d give it a try. Was having a hard time deciding how I felt about it and then the headache hit. Not for me! Thank god for returns. 🙂

This is a very strange fragrance to me. It smells almost exactly like vintage thrift stores to me… A combination of incense, cigarette smoke in your clothes and 80s goth clubs. Sorry, but that is what this scent smells like to me.

  36. :

Mmmmh, absolutely love this. Had the EDP but gave it away since I’d find it headachingly heavy. This smells like the EDP, but in a lighter, fresher and more powdery way. Gorgeous bottle, like alle the Lolita Lempicka products.

My son gave me a sample of this and I fell in love – I wore this sample for a while and had compliments left right and centre! Then I ran out! But I had thrown away the wrapper to the sample and NOW I am the proud owner of 5 Lolita Lempicka perfumes! It took 5 to find out which one it was and when I thought I had it at the EDP – I found out I was wrong! There isn’t a subtle difference between the EDP and EDT – there is a massive difference!
The harsher notes of the original are toned down and instead of intense liquorice there is a heady iris scent which fades over time into a beautiful vanilla/violet/tonka bean concoction! I think the original smells more like Angel by Theirry Mugler – this is sweeter and more irissy!!!
Silage is good as the comments I get prove it! Longevity is also good! I had not sprayed this for a while until now and wow …. now I know why I was so desperate to have it again!!
If you like Iris you will love this!!!

  39. :

    5 out of 5

I’ve never smelt the EDP, but this EDT seems like a watered down version of the original from what I’ve read. I get a hint of anise in the opening, then the powdery iris takes over and gangs up with the violet and the musk, so that I get no tonka or vanilla, or even vetiver. I’m not saying this wasn’t nice, but I would guess the EDP is more interesting.
Edit: Having now tried the EDP my guesses were correct. I would go for the EDP, great scent. But I could see wearing the EDT in the office and the EDP out.

I love this perfume, one of my favorites! but it’s so expensive!
My skin loves it and i get everyone compliments on how nice i smell.
I love the combination of anise with ivy and violets .. in the background Thonka Bean is strongly felt with a touch of vanilla … wonderful elixir!
Continues all day on my skin until I go to sleep, excellent quality.

  41. :

    3 out of 5

This is amazing! I have to write one more review for this one, because I have just bought a big bottle and realized it’s my favorite summer fragrance. In hot, humid weather this blooms like a flower… Opens ivy-sharp and quickly turns powdery and sweet, but really very delicate. The anise note keeps it from being too sweet, adding a delicious sourness to the composition. Anise is really main note in this fragrance. Then I distinguish iris, subtle violets, vanilla and a lot of tonka. Oh my, I just love the smell of tonka beans!
If the weather is cold it smells a lot more “timid”. All the nice bold notes don’t get to develop, so the big quantity of anise just makes it smell a little bitter.
One important thing to say is that this is very unique. Delicate, gentle, easy going, but not ordinary. This is quality perfumery, and has that special character that turns a nice combination of notes into a real perfume.
The bottle looks gorgeous and the staying power is also great. There’s nothing about this fragrance that doesn’t really fit my taste. Definitely a keeper.

  42. :

    3 out of 5

I must say I prefer the EDP. This one is less deep than the edp and more suitable for the warmer months (the reason why I bought it). I get powder, which I’m not a fan of, and anis. It’s quite linear to me. The drydown is missing the sweetnes that the edp has. I was hoping this was a slightly lighter version of the EDP, but it’s much more simple. It is pleasant, but not what I was hoping for. The staying power is amazing (as always with LL fragrances).

  43. :

    4 out of 5

it’s love at first sniff for me. it femininity in a bottle. the bottle is whimsical, and the scent is how i imagined it to be: soft, delicate, feminine, innocent. it’s not too sweet, yet not boring. not too strong but very memorable. maybe almost powdery, but not something you can smell on babies. yet it is ageless. something for the ladies, but is not necessarily inappropriate and offensive on little misses. i can imagine fairies wearing this. this lolita lempicka is unworldly.

  44. :

    3 out of 5

I love EDP version but decided to get this one as I want to wear it during/spring summer and I am sure EDP is not suitable for these seasons.
The LL EDT is very similar to its EDP version just it is not as deep, sensual and intense. It is fresher and less intense, yet still stays on pretty long (about 7 hours). It is definetely not weak as you might think – it has medium sillage. It also smells like EDP version would smell like after a couple of hours, as the base is almost the same. EDP also has much fruitier heart notes while this one dries down to its base much quicker and violets are more prominent.
Hopefully I compared them well enough. Those who like EDP will enjoy this one too during the warmer weather. It is definetely a very unique scent and the bottle is much more beautiful than in the photos – I didn’t see those cute crystals!

Mmmm… I’m in fairies heaven! Le Premier Parfum EDT is mystic and whimsical… Very comforting and innocently sexy. So magical, like all the fragrances by Lolita Lempicka!
I don’t really find this one so similar to the EDP as some people have stated. Besides the obvious – less sillage and less staying power, EDT is a lot lighter: fresher and less gourmand. The two of them are built on the same basis, of course, but this one is even more delicate and clean, with that after bath feel. It’s also a lot more powdery and anise-y.
It really smells fairylike and evokes the exact imagery of the ads. A fantastic fragrance! Beautiful, angelic, delightful, unforgettable, like everything by Lolita Lempicka.

  46. :

For me there’s barely difference between edp and this one.
Comparing to Lolita’s the edp tobacco base note this one has more earthy, like rotten leaf on wet soil.
That’s the thing I love so much about LL perfumes. I could put it in line with some niche frags only because they’re conjuring images in my head (no, I’m not drinking it ^^)
Tobacco in Lolita edp is more tobacco like- like cherry tobacco.
I could compare base with Amarena Whim only that is more intensive.

  47. :

    4 out of 5

This one is a true Lolita, has the appropriate dose of innocence and seductiveness.
It isnt too sweet or powdery, smells like a bouquet of blooming violets, mystique spicy aroma and touch of vanilla. But, just a touch.
It could be easily worn whole year by people who like lighter scents.
Dont miss to try this one, let the Lolita seduce you.

  48. :

I love sweet perfumes but when it gets warm sometimes a spicy deep sweet fragrance can just be overwhelming!
I love some floral girly teeny bopper fragrances but sometimes you just do not want to wear one!
This EDT version of Lolita Lempicka gives me a light scent that picks me right up makes me feel light and bubbly yet it is still very mystical!
It is magic, but this magic is like the Good Witch
in Wizard of Oz, floating about in her magic bubble! The bottle even looks like a perfume that Glenda would pull out and spray on herself!
This scent is absolutely perfect for exactly wanted it for, a spring summer scent that has a bit of magic, it is a bit different. It is perfect!
    Happy Sniffing!

For me all the Lolita perfumes have amazing powers to conjure up feelings of mystical and magical places and this one is no exception! Lolita Lempicka Eau de Toilette would be best for spring, EDP best for winter and Midnight best for the nightlife! There’s a Lolita for any time any season and any place!
Its not as rich, deep and smokey as the EDP but more easygoing, powdery, and clean. It has that sexy spiciness I love (licorice, star anise, amarena(Cherry) and that unbeatable creamy vanilla giving it that signature and enchanting Lolita feel. Its just a little shy and not as upfront as the EDP. The lasting power is amazing. This is exactly what I needed for this spring weather!

This one is light sweet & fresh.
    Whimsical almost.
I get a lot of vanilla but it isn’t a thick vanilla that I can cut through like its counterpart.I also smell the anise in this more then I do in the EDP.

I never smell such a exceptional fragrance…the bottle and the scent go very well together.I love the bottle *.*all LL bottles are so great.
The Smell is very nice and cute, you smell the anise and the Ivy and Vanilla mostly. It’s very long lasting for a EDT.

  53. :

This is more powdery than the EDP, in a sweet and cute way. Stays close to the skin, without being annoying in hot days. I think I will buy it for summer!
Plus it has a fantastic bottle, like all the LL fragrances.
