The DNA of the first Live Colorfully is definitely here. Sunshine is brighter with orange blossom in the center, accompanied by honey, replaced gardenia, tiare and coconut from the original. Neroli and citrus note also contribute freshness while gentle vanilla softens and gives a sweet, fluffy vibe.
Live Colorfully line in general is happy, elegant and feminine. It has just enough of sweetness and freshness to uplift the mood and make a lady smile.
Sunshine, to my nose is the “freshest” one out of all three in the line, as it has the strongest citrus/neroli notes in it, compared to the original (sweeter, richer and creamier) and Sunset (a combination of the original and Sunshine). All three boxy bottles are so cute, great resemblance of Kate’s design in handbags. I enjoy Live Colorfully line a lot (as for my personal taste), especially around this time of the year. The whole line is very wearable and all about the gentle sweet white flowers, which can be very cloying or artificial in many other perfumes. Live Colorfully is less “green” than Walk On Air line and suits me much better.

I bought a rollerball of this a few days ago and I think it’s a really uplifting fragrance. The name is appropriate…kinda like sunshine in a bottle. There is a citrus and white flower opening that sticks around for the duration of the scent. It doesn’t last more than 3-4 hours on me but its such a non offensive scent that its easy to reapply during the day. It could be a great scent for layering some of your deeper perfumes to make them more wearable in the summer. I would describe this perfume as a happy, mood lifting perfume for summer or anytime you’re feeling down in the dumps and just need an attitude adjustment.
