I often find that orange-blossom fragrances are too “shower clean”, but this is perfect. Fresh and sweet but not too sweet. It smells just like the air in Spain in the springtime.

Sweet orange blossom with a touch of musk. Pretty, classic bottle. Nice for everyday scent.
I still haven’t found my ultimate orange blossom though. I want to find a perfume that smells like Sadaf orange blossom water that is used in Middle Eastern food. I’ve actually tried spraying that orange blossom water but the scent only lasts literally one second. If anyone can point me towards a perfume that smells just like that, it’d be much appreciated.

This is a very soft pretty scent..I love orange blossoms. The vanilla gives it a nice twist.Would smell nice with other orange blossom scents and also vanilla..A pretty bottle with an atomizer that you take off when your not using which is a plus, you don’t have worry about the fragrance disappearing.Would buy again!

Upon initial spritz of the orange blossom entry in the Berdoues Les Contes Bucoliques series, FLEUR D’ORANGER, I was reminded immediately of Gandini FOGLIE E FIORI D’ARANCIO. The Berdoues is a bit sweeter, but has the same general demeanor. Like the Gandini, this composition is sweet but not too sweet, by which I mean: not like By Kilian SWEET REDEMPTION or Les Couvents des Minimes FLEURS D’ORANGER, both of which exhibit an almost dessert-like sugary sweetness.
Berdoues FLEUR D’ORANGER is simpler than the Gandini cologne, which has detectable jasmine, cedar, and lily of the valley notes. For that reason, I’d say that someone looking for a true orange blossom soliflore might prefer the Berdoues. Both smell wonderfully fresh, and although I recently acquired a bottle of the Gandini (after my positive testing of a sample), I may end up buying a bottle of the Berdoues as well.
I guess it’s true: I love orange blossoms!!!

Smells just like the orange trees in bloom while driving through Ojai, CA. Very authentic, uplifting and quite strong and euphoric at first then softens. Lasted about 2-3 hours with decent sillage. Sparkling!
