Description
Leonard Paris presented new fragrance Leonard Eau de Parfum in 2012. This modern composition signed by Delphine Lebeau-Krowiak and Benoist Lapouza combines refined classic with modern elements.
The house known for high fashion creations, floral print, extraordinary materials and explosions of bright colors wants to transfer its style and energy through new fragrant edition which also incorporates relief floral motifs on the outer creation of the new perfume. The packaging is colored in strong pink hiding glass bottle with a pink stopper and oriental-floral composition. Top notes await you with a blend of pink pepper, apricot blossom and ylang-ylang, leading to the exciting heart created of white flowers: orange blossom absolute, syringe and frangipani. The base encompasses sandalwood, musk and vanilla making a creamy and soft base for the flowers.
Leonard Eau de Parfum is available as 30, 50 and 100ml eau de parfum.

Not at all my style of perfume, a dusty opening and poor longevity… thankfully so on this occasion.I don’t like Alien, and this reminds me of that fragrance, no offence to fans of this fragrance, I am glad it works for you, and I respect your right to your own opinion.

I just received several vintage bottles in the mail. The other scents had a slight old smell for a brief moment, but then their beautiful notes came out. The bottle of Leonard is the only one I wouldn’t wear. My bottle starts off with old smell and retains that scent till the end– way too long. I cannot say whether this is a nice fragrance or not, but I can say it is possible a blind buy of vintage will not turn out well.

I am not surprised some Fragranticans think this and CL Eau Florale have similiraties ; Although I have never had the opportunity to sample the CL fragrance, I can see tuberose is rated as its most prominent note, and what struck me from the very beginning with Leonard, is that it would probably appeal to tuberose lovers.
Why ?
Well, because it has this warm,creamy and slightly tropical edge that a lot of tuberose scents have.
This sweet and subtle exotic vibe is likely to be the result of the apricot blossom combining with the frangipani and vanilla.
A woman with sunkissed skin wearing a white dress and a white flower in her hair is the image I have in my mind every time I get whiffs of this very feminine composition which IMO would be the perfect choice for an elegant summer evening.

Leonard is a very good surprise. It’s a sweet floral, lightly sugary, very delicate and feminine. Close to Quelques Notes d’Amour – Yves Rocher. It was love at 1st pschitt !
Correct lasting power and lovely bottle.

Je rejoins la critique précédente : le flacon est beau, classe, le parfum assez distingué également mais dommage qu’il soit si discret, il est vraiment très (trop) léger. Il faut en mettre beaucoup pour le sentir et il ne tient pas longtemps. Mais sinon c’est
un assez joli floral gentiment poivré, assez sage et plutôt agréable. Féminin sans en faire trop, finalement assez doux. Convient parfaitement à celle qui voudra être féminine tout en restant classique.

J’ai acheté ce parfum à l’aveugle . Le flacon est beau, agreable à regarder et à tenir dans la main.Pour moi ce n’est pas un oriental, beaucoup plus floral. J’aime bien le côté piquant du poivre au tout début, mais le parfum ne tient pas, je le sens à peine . Il se developpe gentiment et s’ estompe.Tres classique mais sans originalité.

This isn’t a copy, but it is very…extremely similar to Eau Floral Christian Lacroix….. very nice surprise !!!!!

This is definitely very French, a total departure from the sweet scents that have inundated the market, but this is Leonard, a house that stands on its solid reputation of quality perfumes, not interested really in following trends. This is floral, a classy stylish one, I detect the Ylang Ylang, it is followed closely by a sweet note, maybe the apricot blossom, it is smooth, like not a screechy floral, I can hardly detect the pink pepper , the scent has a certain density , it isn’t a light bright scent, more a strong deep scent.
Only for lovers of classic perfumes. As for me it isn’t my style , so I gave it away.
