Phase 1. roses + apricot (smells like “Tresor”)
Phase 2. roses + vanilla (similar to “Due Donna” by Laura Biagotti).

I received my sample today and I love it. Very lady-like classy and I put just a drop on and that is all I need. Thanks Girls I only tried this because of the great reviews. : )

While I found this fragrance extremely chemical smelling on my skin, It turned out to be an excellent bathroom air freshener…..very strong and pleasant smelling and stays in the air forever. It might be my first finished bottle from my collection for i use it every day! LOL

Like everyone already mentioned, it is a very inoffensive perfume. On me it stays very close to the skin, and while it is inoffensive, there is something so scratchy about it….it literally makes my throat dry from inhaling it.
It is somewhat similar to D’or by Kristel Saint Martin, and as a matter of fact they share quite a few notes, but I by far prefer D’or.
I tried to wear it a few times and get the same scratchiness from it. So by itself its a definite meh for me. Although it layers wonderfully with Molinard Jasmin as all of the Molinard’s notes overlap with L’elue.

I bought this unsniffed and unheard of, I just googled the notes and found this and had to try it:

Upon the first spray it was so strong I really couldn’t make out any notes and I immediately though Ugh! Classic 80’s strong overpowering perfumey! And I put on a jumper in an effort to tame the smell somewhat. less than one hour later, I sniffed and OH my God! Beautiful soft floriental! All the middle notes are there in the most gracefully blended way with a hint of the musky soft base notes. Its gorgeous and definitely the kind of thing someone would lean in close to get whiff of again and again. It’s probably more of a floral than an oriental but just want to make it clear that Im not much of a floral fan but I love this! so don’t be put off if you don’t like florals either. It’s a really interesting scent too, I keep sniffing my wrist! It’s something that would be suitable for any occasion really, work, date, bar, intimate…but spray it about half an hour before you go near anyone lol
