This is a very beautiful white rose fragrance with an underlying green note from lily of the valley. Soft, gentle, wears close to skin after the first hour, office friendly. There is only a bare touch of iris, just enough to suggest a very light chic powdery touch.
And yes, for the first hour there seems to be an airy, almost imperceptible taste of cherries floating in the air. After that, a delicate white rose graces your skin, closely wrapping you in beauty for the next 5 hours.
Women of any age can easily wear this perfume.
Wonderful scent for warm days when you want to feel truly feminine.

JAFRA’s Le Moire Cerisse is a gorgeous blushing, sheer floral. The composition is classic, elegant, and distinctly female; exquisitely beautiful. Though it’s not listed as one of the notes, I believe I detect a delicate breath of cherries which behaves like a shimmering silver thread, delicately connecting the florals with the embroidery of sophistication.
I also own Guerlain Shalimar, Jean Patou JOY, and many other perfumes that cost considerably more than Le Moire Cerisse, yet this is the one that my husband requests quite often; this or JOY.
The fragrance is divine!!!
I first found this fragrance when, while living in Fort Worth, Texas, I purchased some items from a local JAFRA sales rep. In fact, I smelled a few of their fragrances before settling on this one.
Fast-forward to the present day when, living in another state and reminiscing about this gorgeous scent, I was able to find it for sale online. I don’t find it to be cost-prohibitive.
