Wow – my reaction to Lailati is vastly different to the other reviews which say it’s light and easy to wear. My instant reaction was Epic Woman. For me it has the same, pungent medicinal smell and hefty sillage.
I’m not a fan of Epic – actually, I’d go so far as to say I loathe it. The balance does tip in Lailati’s favour as I do find more floral notes than in Epic, but the juniper is very strong and cancels out much of the floral effect.
I find it to be right in the middle of unisex. Perhaps a little on the feminine, but generally, a truly unisex scent.
Lailati’s longevity goes on and on, so 12+ hours and sillage is heavy for the first 4 or so hours, toning down to moderate for the rest of the journey. That’s with just one swipe of the wand. Impressive, especially given the budget cost.
While it’s not really my thing, I do feel inclined to try it again, but maybe in the winter.

This is like Mumtaz with citrus notes.

A light, pretty and easy-to-wear floral; not a lot of citrus on me. I don’t find it at all unisex; to me it seems very clearly feminine. A good choice for a don’t- know-what-to-wear day, and it’s so cheap, and the bottle is so pretty….

From memory as i’ve tried this a few times, this is a fresh light citrus scent. I prefer more spiciness.
