Description
Lacoste Pour Femme, the sporty-elegant female fragrance from 2003, is getting its warmer Eau de Parfum Intense interpretation in 2018, after the Eau de Parfum Légère version from 2017. According to the official description, Lacoste Pour Femme Intense represents the concentrated essence of the cosmopolitan woman and her unique elegance.
The new composition is floral, velvety and woody. It is inspired by the attitude of a strong personality without arrogance, a combination of softness and strength, self-confidence and elegance. Top notes include the subtle aroma of caramel, representing the tan colour of the packaging. The floral heart preserves floral notes of Bulgarian rose from the original, as well as the signature notes of Himalayan cedar and sandalwood at the base.
It is available as a 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Parfum Intense.

I just got my bottle today , and I must say it is very pretty! Very feminine, warm, kind of gourmand without being too sweet…I personally do not detect any caramel, it is like a warm floral, nicely done..I like that the wood is subtle, and gives the scent a more grown up vibe..I liked the original, but I much prefer this one, it is warmer, with an interesting vibe ! Easy to wear, with a subtle balsamic edge also….Cresp did a fine job on that one !

The original and Pour femme Legere are still more favorites than this one, but it’s good anyway.
Spicy, woody, sweet and musky.
Reminds me of original, but it’s not a copy of it.
This one has it’s own character.
A very nice scent, definitely worth a try.
All 3 Pour femme perfumes are very elegant and modern.

I find the original fragrance quite interesting, so i wanted to try this one.
From the first to the last second, this reminds me of the original fragrance, but in a more stylish way. If the original was a woman 20 years ago, than that woman turned out today very stylish and with a lot of class.
However I cannot smell any caramel.
Longevity: – 5/10
Sillage: – 3/10
All in all: 7 out of 10 points -> because of the aura of elegance

Must say it looks really cool, with the copper golden glass and cap and all.
First sniff: well – Tresor Lancome
30 min later – Tresor still there but you can sense some good old classic version of Lacoste Pour Femme. And a cloying musk that stays with you.
2h later – All musk with a trace of Tresor
4h – slight musky trace on the shirt, gone from the skin.
Projection rather limited, stays close to you.
I would say it is a ‘safe for the office fragrance’. It lacks the sexiness of the original Pour Femme though. That one still turns people heads after all these years.
6/9 because I love Lacoste pour femme by default
1/9 for originality (because it compliments Tresor and some 2-3 cheaper flankers I can think of right now)
