I picked this up at a local perfume and cologne shop. I was kind of talked into it because I was complaining about how all the colognes I used to like are now getting re-formulated with less oils and more alcohol so we spray more and go through our cologes faster now. This woman suggested La Danse Claude. It’s a eau de Parfume, and it an iron horse. Super strong scent and lasts on me about 8 hours and even longer on my clothes. I gotta say it smells very feminine in the beginning because of the sweetness, but after the dry down you’re left with a beautiful scent. I would say that it easily could be considered a unisex scent at least in the beggining. The ginger and the basil really pop, but I feel like there is a sweetness to it that I can’t explain. You could do a lot worse for a blind buy and it’s now on my top shelf with my other powerhouses.
