Sweet milky creamy vanilla-rose lotion, muguet kicks in in about 15min after application, very strong on my skin. Very cuddly like a soft sweater but get too close and it will suffocate you. A solid “like” and you can bet tons of people are going to wonder what smells so good around you. I layered Marrakech Intense from Aesop underneath to give it more depth and facets, as the spiciness of the latter adds quite a pleasantly astringent accent to the very heavy mellow blanket that is Kissing.
Like other reviews, this is a little too “common” from Kilian, but you have to keep in mind that this is an introductory level By Kilian made for the masses to get its name out, AKA Estee Lauder’s marketing team’s genius move to let people approach niche brands with more curiosity.

Smelled a little cheap than what I’m used to from Kilian. But judging the scent alone I don’t like the combo of milky vanilla and green notes.

I’ll always have a soft spot for Kilian just only if for the ridiculously great Apple Brandy. So I wanted to like this, maybe, I want every Kilian I try to be great but sadly so far apart from STHE they’ve all fallen short and this one was no exception.
Run of the mill, soft smooth lotion / creamy rose scent. Hint of sweetness in the starting phase too but nothing edgy or eye-opening; this is just a bit too boring, meh and , lotiony.
Feminine but there’s a million things better they can do; not least a million better unisex scents out there; the other ‘Kisses’ scent by this very own brand for one has a more prominent rose note, so more character. More than Words does the poetic job for the men’s side and is a much much better scent too, just for this occasion too

Reminds me a little of Lipstick Rose.. Just for a little while though, only while its drying down. It then it turns into something else, something I cant quite put my finger on. I like it though but I like Lipstick Rose better. When this dries down it stays really, really close to the skin.. you hardly smell anything. I’ll try it on my clothes the next time I wear it. As the Sephora sales associates rave about it, I only give it a 2.

Tried this perfume yesterday and really enjoyed it. It is definitely a heavier winter scent. Very sultry and sweet. Reminds me of Givenchy Extravagant but with a bit more sweet floral. I like this better and like the fact that I can get it in a small purse spray size. I really don’t care for the bottle design. I like more elegant bottles, but I will definitely try this one out. I don’t think it is as strong as Kilian’s primary line, but it lasted all day for me. Good job Kilian!

I got a purse spray and I am really liking this perfume a lot ! It is a soft gourmand, more creamy than sweet, and there is a floral undertone that keeps it fresh, and not über sweet and simplistic like Flowerbomb…this is more complex, it has projection, after one spray, I can say it warms up and opens up very nicely…this isn’t a skin scent in my opinion, but it is cozy, enveloping..I can see myself enjoying it in winter..now the floral notes are definitely in the background, still, it is delicatly sweet, nothing in your face…if I see it in the US maybe I will buy a 30 ml..I would enjoy wearing it in cooler weather…lovely…outside of the silly name, there is lots to like about that creation.
Update: I won’t get a bottle, it has qualities, but sonething is missing to my nose ..will revisit in winter

This is a soft gourmand..”pull me closer, snuggle up to me (and, yes, maybe even kiss me)” scent. Someone voted this as enormous sillage..?? *scratches head* Did they empty the entire bottle on their arm..??? Kidding aside..this is more of a skin scent, moderate at best on the sillage. Yes, there is obviously a sweetness, but it is a soft, warm sweet..sort of like sugar milk being heated up on a cold chilly morning..a warm, inviting, comforting scent.
I really don’t pick up any of the white floral, to me this is a sugary/creamy/milky/warm scent. Not a terribly unique scent, there are others out there that are similar, but will be nice on a cold chilly day, to say snuggle up by the fireplace. A comforting scent. But it is obviously quite sweet, and the sweetness is very prevalent, so might not be office friendly, as this can be a little bit cloying, at least to my nose.
It’s nice if you like sweet gourmands, but I am glad I only got the travel spray as I don’t see me reaching for this one very often, as to me there are similar scents in the same vein that just perform better on my skin. As always, different skin and different noses may translate this one differently…. 🙂
Edit: As this dries down about 3 hours or so after applying, this becomes very cloying and very synthetic on my skin and more of a vanilla type of a scent, almost headache inducing for me (and if this had stronger sillage, likely would be headache inducing for me)…Still very gourmand….Perhaps this will behave differently in the cooler months. Will update if this performs differently for me once the cooler weather rolls in.
