I don’t really get the melon from this personally. It’s a light, sweet rose. Perfect for rose lovers who do not want to smell over bearing. This and Tahiti are my favourites from the freestyle line. I wish it was a little more candy like though

This is very special for me. Very feminine and gourmand, the loukhoum is the main performer here, there is also a beautiful carnal rose that I love and a white oud which is not so strong but adds personality to this jewel. I can detect dried fruits, very sweet. This on my skin is a long lasting fragrance. It lasts all day and I love it. Before to blind buy this one, I tried Loukhoum of Keiko Mecheri, I wanted to have it, but thanks to the fact that it’s so synthetic and overpriced I think, I did’t buy it fortunately. Kayseri is much more better in my opinion. Very high quality and sophisticated.

    Fresh and gourmand rose !
The melon note lasts for about 3 hours on me, but after that it’s just a really good realistic turkish delight fragrance.
I don’t get the mint Sole Reaver talks about, but it is quite fresh overall.
A little woodiness pokes out after 5 hours, and the damask rose finally shows up.
I could still smell Kayseri on my skin after 13 hours : at that point it was just damask rose, but still pretty good.

An amazing fragrance. AKAF is truly a master at blending Niche fragrances that wont hurt the wallet.
On to the scent on my skin at first application I get a minty type smell even though its not on the list of notes its there for me, I also get a slight melon scent but the mint note is quite strong, not off-putting but refreshing.
about 1.5 hours in the mint starts to disappear along with the melon and in comes the gorgeous Turkish Delight (loukhoum). its very pleasant, delicious, comforting, and not overwhelming. Loukhoum reigns supreme for about 4 hrs.
after the Loukhoum starts to fade the White Oud arrives to the party and is accompanied by a fragile Turkish Rose accord it stays for about 3-4 hrs until it becomes a skin scent.
