Description

Infusion collection from Prada began in 2007 with Infusion d’Iris edition. The fragrances of this collection were launched as limited editions. In 2015, Prada returns this collection as permanent. It presents 6 fragrances: the re-launched Infusion d’Iris, Infusion de Fleur d’Oranger from 2009 and Infusion de Vetiver from 2010, and three new editions Infusion d’Iris Cedre, Infusion d’Amande and Infusion d’Oeillet.

Perfumer Daniela (Roche) Andrier collaborated with Miuccia Prada to create this collection of six elegant and sophisticated unisex fragrances. Each fragrance is an interpretation of natural ingredients and the contrast between traditionalism and modernity.

Infusion d’Iris contains accords of iris, Italian mandarin, Tunisian neroli, cedar and benzoin from Laos.

Better than the 2007 version was, this new 2015 version is working better than the old one, at least on my skin. Same moderate sillage and huge longevity. The old one was wonderful, but something in it was not quite right for my skin.

This is a very nice iris scent. It’s more creamy than powdery: it smells like the good old Nivea creme. It’s soft, fluffy and calming. However, it’s rather fleeting and on my skin it doesn’t last for more than 2-3 hours. Pity.

I have this reformulation, and it’s a real bummer. Totally beautiful, exactly what I’m into (scents like No. 19 and Heure Exquiste- I like a vintage green soapy powdery smell) but sillage/potency sucks. 🙁
It was a late summer warm/humid day. It’s hard to even review because 1-2 hours after heavy application- it’s got no sillage.
I put a ton of this on today before work, I’m wearing a V-neck dress, so it was mostly applied to skin. This seems to radiate/respond to movement and body heat- so perhaps a summer scent. I’m getting sillage at Noon, applied at 8am, so perhaps I misjudged the sillage? Still pretty weak for Prada tho.
And then … I bought 2 of the first formula, and found a 6.75 oz EDT for a great price. Someone take away my internet. 😉

I had a pretty big sniffing spree recently and of all the scents I tried, this one stood out the most to me. It went on my skin rather than a blotter and the longevity went right into the next day, after a bath too.
I’m not into powdery scents, but this is a charming, elegant scent. Like a sweet forest nymph. It’s very fae-like. The powdery talc/makeup of it comes across as very ‘marshmallowy’ to me, but not gourmand or anything, just very endearing and ‘fluffy’. If I ended up with a bottle I would wear this for sure.

OK. So many reviews of this fragrance already, but I can’t help myself, so here’s another one. I asked in the awesome Fragrantica Forum for an Office safe perfume for Summer Days. I got so many lovely replies! The most mentioned perfume was this one, without competition. So of course I had to try it. Easier said than done, in my small European town. It had to be ordered online, and it was out of stock almost everywhere. But I found one eventually, and – lo and behold – TODAY it arrived! // It’s now 90 minutes since I sprayed it on my wrists, and Yes, it’s a love story. She was worth waiting for. My ladies (and gentlemen), I get it! It’s wonderful. TBH it was a rocky start, I found it a bit overwhelming, spicy and strong, but it settles. It settles wonderfully. After 20 minutes it’s great and it stays great. Clean, powdery, yes, but not to dry or sweet. Flowers, yes, but not synthetic or dominant, only fresh Irises. It’s very feminine, discreet and soft – perfect for the office! Boring? Noo! I’ll wear it at home, out, everywhere. I feel beautiful and it makes me happy. So thank you all, for Iris 2015. We’ll have a long, solid friendship, and that’s good because I could only get the big bottle…

I’ve been looking for a typical powdery perfume for quite a long time. And I have no idea why I didn’t try this perfume properly much earlier. But finally I’ve got a bottle and I ADORE it!! For me it smells like POWDER. But not the grandma type of powdery perfume with lots of iris, not too sweet, not too bitter… it smells like Chanel or Lancome compact powder. You know that typical good quality French compact powder. But as some of the commenters below stated, it’s true that the first 10-20 minutes is a bit strong smell, but then it becomes that classic powder. It smells expensive. It reminds me Paris.. it’s like Parisian ladies smell like that. I think it is suitable for every lady, because it’s a CLASSIC, so no matter age! The longevity is not that strong, but you can feel the lovely smell on your clothes even the next day. It’s a really comforting and pleasant smell. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Such an ethereal fragrance. So calming, it’s like a sedative to my mind.
It starts woody and after about 20 minutes it turns sweet and a bit powdery on my skin. I can feel that sweet iris in all its glory and also the mandarin pretty strong. The benzoin is not that loud and I’m happy for that.
Longevity and sillage are not that good, though.
P.S.: The woody note comes back later, but it blends beautifully into the composition and gives it a bit of a green freshness.

    Currently my favorite.
After few years I am still loving it. I never been able to wear a scent more than a year without getting burnt out on it.
I am at constant awe at it’s sparkling soft, dry and soapy-ness. It’s like walking into a cool, plush and ultra clean house made of lime stone with bone color leather furniture, grey suede pillows, ecru lush handmade rugs and bearded iris in simple geometric silver containers. You sit in the soft light sipping some faintly purple drink, staring out the shutters half closed, into an citrus orchard shimmering in the silver heat.
    What else can I say?

This perfume is classic and elegant but behind that there is much more. It is a deep perfume, which I identify with meditation. With the connection with the earth and the universe, a mystical perfume, which makes me think of someone who meditates in the mornings, who loves nature and calmness. Someone who loves crystals and knows the meaning of each one. It is a perfume for those who feel peace inside, and when you spray it on you is what makes you feel.
Its smell is soft, powdered, creamy and clean.
    Sillage: 5/10
    Longevity: 10/10

Man, I go back and forth on this one. I do like it, and I haven’t had the chance to smell the pre 2015 version unfortunately. I’m pretty sure I would have liked it more since I’m generally rather obsessed with galbanum and incense and mastic, which it looks like they took out of this version. It’s nice and smooth and elegant enough now though. It’s definitely very practical, and easy to wear, especially in an office setting, but I can’t honestly decide if I think it’s boring or not. I’ve been wearing a bunch of different iris perfumes lately and by comparison it’s not a love like ISM, No 19, Iris Poudre and La Pausa. I do get the sense I would have vastly preferred the older formulation it seemed like it was a bit rougher and quirkier in the beginning with a bit more character.

  11. :

Smell comfortable, I use it occasionally, nice girl smell, a soft character. I would use it on a causal day .

  12. :

    3 out of 5

I have smelled the 2015 formulation only so don’t know how the 2007 smells. But this one is quite elegant, clean and soft soapy scent which is probably inoffensive to everyone and therefore fulfills the criteria for a business scent. Would like it to have a bit better projection and longevity though as it stays close to skin after few hours.

Barely there, soapy perfume. Great for offices or as a safe gift. low on longevity and Sillage.

The Prada website describes this as:
“A sensual interpretation of “iris”: fresh and light, like a tender veil. Precious, elusive, perfectly balanced, and reminiscent of the clean scent of crisp linen sheets and naked skin.”

  15. :

Clean green luxury soap, quietly sparkling during the daily wear, nice longevity too. Given that I bought it without too much enthusiasm on a day I couldn’t find my beloved n.19 anywhere, I’m impressed. Not in love but impressed. Let’s say “the beginning of a beautiful friendship”.

  16. :

I rarely add powdery perfumes to my favorites list. Usually a fragrance with top powdery note is too dry and flat on my skin. But this one I love. Even though it has been reformulated and might not be everything that the 2007 version was. Still – it is so very pleasant with it’s floral/citrus notes and the tasteful sweetness. I feel it has depth and sophistication that many current perfumes lack. Could wish for a better longevity. However the aroma itself is wonderful. Also – I love the classic style bottle and packaging – very elegant.

  17. :

This is lovely. Of the two versions 2007 and 2015, the 2007 release is the powerhouse. Of the two, I prefer the first. It is difficult finding the first release, as the ingredient list is confusing. The 2015 box I have lists both the above ingredients and the more lengthy list given on the older formulation. The 2015 leads with more cedar and orange, whereas in the 2007 version, the cedar is less noticeable and the incense adds a punch to the powdery iris. Both are nice, and you can’t go wrong with either one. This is one of the few florals I own, and I love it. I do believe this version is weaker than the first.

WOW just stunning ! Powdery , creamy soapy goodness, with a fresh zingy green twang .
I love this beautiful perfume so much .
Love at first sniff for me .
Kind of an Ellen Tracy bronze vibe meets CK eternity original .
It is a light scent , but one that will give you little reassuring nods through out the day , to say “ iam still here “ it is not a power house . But it passes for me .

It’s a nice woody Iris fragrance. Iris is the star of the show in this one. I smell a clean iris with some kind of a depth. It’s not sweet but woody and floral as well. The background offers some cedar woodyness wich is dry and clean. All in all it’s a simplistic iris smell. It’s green herbal and woody.

If you are looking for a fragrance that’s perfect as a gift, this is one of those. This is unisex but leaning more feminine.
The powdery smell is really comforting!
It was fall when I bought this in Chicago and it smells really nice. However, when I got back to the Philippines, I tend to use this only when it’s not hot outside. On a really hot and humid weather, it has a gasoline smell to it. It’s not offensive in any way but I still prefer it on colder months.

  21. :

No wonder I felt something was off. A while ago I found this in a department store, smelled it and I was amazed at the power of incense mixed with the iris (in hindsight, I should have bought it then).
I asked this for a gift for the holiday, and although I recognized it, it just didn’t give me that level of intensity that I remembered. Found out my bottle was made just a few months ago, and now I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to have the original!
It still smells good none the less, but that initial blast of deep incense is what I craved after.

My all time favorite perfume. It’s powdery but theres more to it than just plain powdery. I am so in love with this scent I just cannot figure out why it cannot last longer than 30mins on my clothes or my skin. Trust me, I’ve tried spraying it on clothes, skin, head to toe desperate to make it last long. I got the box with the lotion and when I put lotion on my torso it lasts maybe an hour more at best. What I would give for it to last just a few hours on me. I’m not even asking for sillage ,just to smell it on me for hours would be enough but it just disappears in under an hour.

  23. :

Yup this is definitely a stripped down version of the original. I use this one for warm days because it doesnt bother me as it’s so light.

  24. :

I found this one on the bottom shelf of a store, well hidden behind other decorations. I am unfamiliar with Prada specifically because most of the times it stays hidden from my sight.
Anyway, I saw the pretty green bottle and vaguely remembered that I recognized the name “Infusion d’Iris”, so I gave it a try. I must say from the start that I’m not a big iris fan and didn’t know what to expect. I find most iris fragrances hard to wear. Of course, I was in for a surprise.
This perfume is truly enchanting, it reminds me of some tea fragrances that I’ve owned in the past. But this is where all similarity ends, as this perfume is more sophisticated and also slightly masculine. I cannot imagine seducing a man with it (unless he is a banker, haha @anilinam).
I find it casual and opulent at the same time. Casual because it is light and great for a picnic or a ride to the store. Opulent because you get to smell very expensive even when you are sitting comfortably, in the most mundane of settings. I myself feel like a diva just sitting at my desk writing this.

    This is Definitely Reformulated
This review is mostly for people who want to know the differences between the original Infusion d’Iris (or Id’I) and the current “2015” version.
Prada definitely stripped this one down, as is often the case, reformulation means that you have a lesser perfume. 2015 lies somewhere between the original Id’I and Prada Homme (which I ultimately didn’t like, between the two.) 2015 is overall softer, has less sillage, and is less complex than the original.
The note pyramid mostly tells you all you need to know, since they pulled half the notes out. The former mandarin/orange topnotes are gone, and boy do I miss them a lot. Id’I is one of my favorite perfumes, and though the orange topnotes last only a minute or two, when I first apply the perfume, it just lets me happily anticipate what’s coming, like, “Yeah, this is ON!!” If you know what I mean.
My other favorite part is the incense and resin. Well the incense is totally missing, the whole composition is less resinous, and is a lot less powdery. 2015 is a whole lot smoother than the old version, that’s for sure. I do find it to be a tad greener, too, although there’s supposedly no galbanum, I feel like there is more cool smooth galbanum in 2015. It’s still resinous, but minus the incense and powder, the resin is also more smoothed out than before. But since all that other stuff is missing, I feel like 2015 is more floral, since iris isn’t competing with incense and powder and whatnot, and the iris note is complimented by a hint of white orange flower.
What I smell is still unmistakably Id’I, it’s just been ironed out, all that wonderful cloud of powder, incense, and resins has been rinsed out, and it wears a lot quieter. I never considered Id’I to be primarily an iris perfume, mostly because it was just, as it says, infused into all the surrounding notes…now even though it’s softer and smoother, the notes don’t have that lovely cohesive quality that they used to have.
I like it well enough, but it just isn’t the same. Now it smells like a high end body lotion or soap, instead of perfume. I’m not sure why they had to change it, if they wanted to put this out, why not just another flanker? It’s a good perfume and all, it’s just not my Prada Infusion d’Iris.

  26. :

    4 out of 5

From first spray it strongly reminded me something from my grandmother perfumes! Only in this there isn’t so much sharp chemicals as vintage perfumes did, this is better quality. For me this is refreshing, floral with citrus in background, with Prada “vibe” and very vintage.

  27. :

    5 out of 5

Comparison to the other EDP Version (2007):
The 2015 Version is almost the same, BUT there is no incense and to me this makes a difference. 2015 is softer and maybe a bit fresher. 2007 is more aromatic. Incense is a very fullbodied note, and in the 2007 version it gives the scent a more medicinal note.

  28. :

‘Dry’ is the word that pops into my mind when I think about this perfume – Iris flowers growing in the hot, dry, stony ground. No juiciness or sugar sweetness here, and I love it. Restrained, elegant, refined – unmistakable. On my skin it lasts a good 6 hours with moderate sillage. A total keeper.

  29. :

A nice simple fragrance suitable for business. That’s all it is, but I reach it for more than not. Clean and smells like money — if money can smell clean.

Choosing to wear a perfume is to enter a relationship. And this is the mother of all relationships: The relationship with my mother I mean 😉
For me, the relationship with Infusion d’Iris is contentious. Just like the relationship with my mother. Keep reading, I promise to talk more about the perfume than about my mother 🙂
It starts as a jagged mix of iris, galbanum, and cedar.
Then one or two minutes in, Infusion d’Iris gets downright aggressive, it almost smells like gasoline… and all I can think of is: “really, are you kidding me?!!!” My approach is to just let it explode into it’s insane tantrum, while telling my self: “this will pass, and we’ll be able to have a conversation.”
About 5 to 8 minutes in, the cedar and galbanum take over: arid, bitter, galbanum will make you thirsty, and I can even taste the wood chips of cedar in the tip of my tongue. This takes a while, so you better be patient when spraying… And drink a glass of water while you’re at it, it’s good for you anyway.
15 to 20 minutes after the first spray, the contention begins to die down. And then the absolutely enchanting warmth of the Iris and musk appear, at first through billowing wafts. It’s not that iris is a warm scent, it just feels warm when juxtaposed with cedar and galbanum.
What Iris is, is an elegant, alluring, sophisticated seductress… just like my mother was. This EDP is a high class, high maintenance lady attempting to pass as carefree. Did I say ENCHANTING?!!!
Then 30 minutes in, a really peculiar thing happens: at 20 cms (8 in.) from the skin, all I smell is iris and musk, but if I bury my my nose against my arm, from up-close, I do not detect any iris what so ever. What I smell is the clean, woodsy cedar and the arid galbanum. It feels as though I were putting my tongue to brand new linen. And that’s when I realize: this smells like brand new out of the bank CA$H!
If you are interested in attracting a Wall Street banker, then this is the fragrance for you! 😉
This clean, cash predominant up-close scent remains for a long time,at least 3 to 4 hours. During that time, the iris and musk continue to develop, its billowing wafts get longer and stronger… Until you are enveloped in a GORGEOUS iris halo.
And it is at that time, that I recall… wait a minute: Iris and musk? I remember: being a young child in the seventies, the soft embrace of my mother, who wore L’air Du Temps, Oscar by Oscar de La Renta and Sung by Alfred Sung, all in their Parfum or Eau de Parfum concentration, (this high maintenance lady would not be caught dead with an EDT) all these fragrances contained iris and musk. I have not smelled the reformulated versions, so I can’t establish a relation between Infusion d’Iris and these fragrances as they are formulated today, but there is definitely a contemporary, more transparent aspect in Prada’s treatment of iris that reminds me of those fragrances of 40 years ago.
The “musky” iris eventually works its way into a skin scent at approximately 5 to 6 hours after the first spray. This scent remains on my skin a very long time. Even after the projection comes down, those whom you let come up-close to embrace you, will still smell the iris in all its alluring “come hither” splendor even 8 or 9 hours after first spray.- I do however, apply almond oil on my skin every morning.-
This scent is understatedly elegant, but it is by no means just a clean wallflower. It has a low to moderate projection. I use it during the day on spring summer and fall, and spray it on my silk blouses where the scent can live forever and the sillage is amplified!
I have learned to love this fragrance. Infusion d’Iris envelops me in my mother’s arms and reminds me everything is going to be alright.

I’ve been wearing it with great pleasure for the better part of a month now and it seems that it has become part of me. It’s still detectable the next day, even after a shower. This was love at first sniff and it seems it’s a match made in heaven. The scent took to my skin like a fish to water and perhaps that’s the reason that everyone who smells me now says that it’s completely me.
Sillage will indeed be disappointing to people who like big auras such as LVEB.
This is the understatement, it’s classy, clean, quiet yet original, very unique and a bit daring.
If I had to think of a scenario, I see myself waking up on clean, crispy white sheets, the open window carrying in the scent of a chilly, fresh spring morning, while my sleepy boyfriend kisses me on the neck softly, smiles then closes his eyes again to get another five minutes of sleep.
Personally I like the sillage. People do smell it but only when standing right next to me, which is what I want from my scent.
Longevity is – at least on me – formidable. I do however mix two spritzes of it with my unscented body lotion each morning. Perhaps that adds to it.
For anyone wondering, I’ve recently acquired a small bottle of the “original” and it doesn’t smell all that different to me. Except it has more incense, almost to an overpowering extent. The new one, in my opinion, has a more harmonious composition. It’s more complex and a real symphony in which ALL the notes play their parts.

This one’s my all time favorite day perfume. Smells so womanly elegant and fresh at the same time. It’s not that long lasting but it’s worth it. People have been asking what perfume im wearing since I bought this. 🙂

  34. :

I love it and it fits my skin perfectly. Like pretty much everything Italian, it’s got a very sexy vibe, it feels sophisticated and contemporary, light and subtle, yet daring somehow. The only problem is silage and projection. I need to literally bathe in it in order to get it to be detectable on my skin after 3 hours or so.
I will try it again, preferably with the matching moisturizer if available and wait for a flash sale to buy the whole set.

prada iris is a wonderful scent, for those of you that like/require “beast mode” projection, this isnt for you, i have a bottle purchased in 2013, and have recently purchased the 200ml newer version, i smell little difference between the two bottles, if anything the newer version smells to me atad sweeter, my husband and friends cannot find any difference in smell between each bottle, this is a perfume that wears better on clothes than skin, even when i cant smell it at all after a few hours of application, my husband, and children will tell me to “stop spraying that bloomin perfume” because its very obvious to them, i adore it, its powdery, like vintage make up smells, its atad “Chanel” smelling, a hint of incense and its a “comfort” smell, almost like clean clothes, i couldnt be without a bottle infact with a few smaller bottles ive got that were gifts and were freebies after buying the larger sizes ive got about 330mls to get through and im not complaining about that at all 😉 xx

For those of you fascinated by the mystique of Infusion d` Iris but frustrated by this Grande Dames projection problems take heart,I have a hack for you. First apply Iso E Super molecule as an essential oil then layer your Prada over it. Voila! You now possess a fragrance that bounds off the skin and is so sophisticated it boarders on Royal. I found my Super on Etsy at Cinis Labs. It`s also the key ingredient in Molecule one perfume. Good luck my little scientists let me know if this works you.

For my fellow Filipino guests and members here, The local brand V&M Naturals offers a very affordable dupe for this fragrance – Bespoke Fragrance Iris and Incense EDP. The comparison upon their initial scents is spot-on! However, this one from Prada sets into the skin with a sweet “dirty vanilla” scent of benzoin after a few hours, which the V&M one wasn’t able to achieve. This also stays on for a long period of time (8-10 hours), while V&M stays for 3-4 hours only. This Prada one retails here in the Philippines for P6,800 (100ml), while V&M sells for P450 (30ml). 🙂

amazing ol’ soapiness. just because this scent stops projecting after like half an hour or so doesn’t mean it doesn’t have longevity–2 sprays at 5:30pm last night and woke up at 12pm the day after, still smelling that beautiful iris/neroli trace on my wrist. It’s interesting so many reviews are slamming the longevity, but the majority of the people rating the strength of the fragrance have this in “very long lasting” territory. This is a scent to wear for yourself or to wear to work, its very quiet and you kind of have to bury your nose into your wrist after the first 5 hours or so to get a smell of anything–but it’s definitely there.
Edit (may 2017): finally got around to purchasing this…best day summer fragrance ever. I get a lot of peppery incensey cedar and floral greenness, all surrounded by the iris which i love so much. nothing in this smells remotely synthetic, it smells totally clean and refreshing without resorting to typical designer citrus and non descript woods/musk to give that effect. completely strong enough to carry me throughout the day but not a bomb by any means. also, its the textbook definition of unisex, there is nothing in this that skews it eitherway–it just smells great.

Wow! What a beautiful fragrance. Very very elegant and extremely classy. This is to be worn when you are styled from head to toe in chic clothing with red lipstick. So sophisticated and feminine. I find it very relaxing and it calms me. Sadly very poor longevity and projection in my opinion. If this had lasting power, then it would be holy grail!

I ordered an old bottle and got a new one. Now I hesitate to open it or send it back: Testing the new version I had the feeling this 2015 version is flat, the interesting neroli/galbanum part is almost gone. But I don’t know if my nose was totally distracted from the 15 Lutens I attached my nose to before the Iris. Can anyone give me a hint on the difference?

I liked this fragrance and got a sample of it before deciding whether to buy it. Unfortunately, it’s a no for this lovely perfume. The scent disappears too quickly on me.
It’s so light that in less than an hour, people who are just inches away from me can’t tell that I have on any perfume.

Lovely scent, unisex in my opinion. Resembles White Musk for Men by The Body Shop after about an hour from spraying, with the iris added to the mix. Most definitely getting a bottle of this classy scent.

Okay, last week I was in Las Vegas, and one day my wife and I covered eight miles of shopping walking through Caesar’s Palace, the Bellagio and the Venetian.
One stop was at the Prada store. I asked the SA if Infusion d’Homme was really discontinued and she gave me a blank stare. She then resorted to her cheat book and we noted that, no, Infusion d’Homme was not listed therein.
I heard that the old Infusion d’Homme is now Iris, so I sprayed some of their tester of that on my arm. Yep – smelled just like! So the SA gave me a sample of Iris – nice.
But hang on. I put some of it on one arm just now and some Infusion d’Homme on the other to do a side-by-side test. They seem different. The new one, the d’Iris, is weak and has a brighter, more citrus top note.
Curious, I dumped more of the sample on my arm… this stuff certainly isn’t Infusion d’Homme. It’s far more citrusy and far less interesting than Infusion d’Homme. More floral. More feminine. less barbershoppy and powdery.
    Hmf.

Tried this today and thought it smelled like Bvlgari Eau Parfumee au The Vert though my memory may be clouded since I haven’t smelled the latter in years. It gives off the same vibes though – soft, elegant, sweet but not cloyingly so, musky but light. It’s not the most original scent out there (as with all of the Prada 2015 fragrance collection) but very well put together and probably inoffensive to everyone who smells it.

Hello fellow Infusion d’iris lovers and all others. As a big IDI Lover I too was worried and confused about this relaunch. Well From what I can tell from fragrantica, we should be. Looks like the relaunched version will be different from any of the other IDI’s. By the notes it seems that the new comer infusion d’iris cedre is the closest to the original.( But definitely not the same) only by the notes ,not sniffed. If I get a chance to smell these two I will edit.
Here are all the IDI’s notes. You judge for yourselves.
Idi EDP 2007 Limited addition .
mandarin, galbanum, orange and orange blossom . Heart is ,iris, cedar and vetiver. base is, incense and benzoin.
    Idi EDT 2010 limited addition
iris, neroli, lily of the valley, violet, heliotrope, cedar and galbanum.
Idi Absolue EDP 2012 limited edition (?) idk
exotic Tunisian neroli, orange blossom, iris from Florence, mastic, benzoin from Laos, tonka bean from Venezuela, Madagascar vanilla and white musk.
    Idi 2015 EDP (?) relaunched & permanent
iris, Italian mandarin, Tunisian neroli, cedar and benzoin from Laos.
Idi cedre EDP (?) 2015 permanent
iris, cedar, Tunisian neroli, benzoin from Laos and Somali incense.
*(This one seems to be the closest to the original EDP from 07).
    Not a happy camper. 🙁
Will also post on the original one

No, the original is not discontinued… The box has changed to run in line with the additional fragrances and some of the listed box notes are missing but this is also the same for the men’s Infusion D’Homme, this has been renamed Cedre, but apart from differing box ingredients is still the same… There is the issue of inferred psychological difference that we should all be aware of by now(different bottle causes people to associate different perception of notes).

I hope the original hasn’t been discontinued as it’s one of my favourite perfumes. It’s always had a problem with pissweak sillage and longevity, though, so it’s not encouraging to read that this new version could be even weaker.

Powdery, green, neroli. Different- fresh and soft at the same time. Has a somewhat ‘vintage’ feel about it. No longevity- its actually heartbreaking this doesn’t last half an hour on. If this lasted longer it would be my favourite.

I have the original one and I was checking the packaging and notes on the bottle/box to check the difference.
    The original says INFUSION D’IRIS
    mandarine d’Italie
    néroli de Tunisie
    bois de cèdre
    benjoin du Laos
    encens de Somalie
    The 2015 version says IRIS
    iris pallida
    mandarine d’Italie
    néroli de Tunisie
    bois de cèdre
    benjoin du Laos
So if you want to know which bottle you have, check the name: IRIS
