This is a great scent for wearing to work – the sort of scent you can wear in front of young children without scaring them (bad olfactory flashbacks to my Grandmother’s house as a child and what i now realise was “Mitsouko!”). All this can be avoided with this perfume! Its spicy yet light and crisp. Its neither so out there in a way that could bother people, nor does it resort to the current vogue of bland saccharine sweet offerings you would find behind mainstream perfume counters these days.
A great perfume to wear, if you want to be a little less noticeable, with something not too complex or challenging, while still retaining a more interesting edge. A friend with a much better nose than i described it as great for the winter months – but i have been wearing it since Spring last year and found it pretty versatile all year round (it does evoke the term ‘Indian Summer’ whenever i get a whiff). It has a pretty soft sillage and longevity is probably about 3 hrs tops on my skin, but at a very reasonable price its totally worth the buy!
