I only blind bought this, just because it had Iso E Super in it.
It is a clean fresh citrusy scent.
Put it on straight after a shower and reapply every
seven hours…it last seven plus hours…
I used seven sprays…both wrist, behind my ears, back & front of my neck and chest.
Got a few comments, when passing by people at work.
But the sillage sucks arm’s length at best…
Late spring and summer time scent only.
Would I buy this again, um?
I honestly don’t know.
It’s an EDP so at least you know it’s the juice in it is high.
So it might be worth, the price tag on this thing.
Smells like Molecule 01 Escentric Molecules, with a strong but not overpowering citrus scents & with a bit of spice.
By the way, the box & bottle are okay.
The box has braille on the side and the cap for the bottle is magnetic.

Released in mid-2016, Natura Homem Essence is the first Deo Parfum of the Natura Homem line. In a nutshell, it would be the Brazilian equivalent to the international Eau de Parfum, since the nomenclatures for perfumery in Brazil changed a few years ago, for reasons that are linked to taxes and tributes.
With the slogan: “The great journey is to live”, the concept is to encourage the man in finding his own way to pursue his journey. It was created over a co-participation involving Verônica Kato (Natura’s perfumer in-house) and Clément Gavarry, from IFF.
The official composition brings notes of bergamot, ginger oil, grapefruit and lemon, in the output. In the heart, notes of cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon of Ceylon, coriander and violet. In the base, patchouli, guaiac wood, cedar, amber and synthetic molecules of Iso E Super and cashmeran.
Before proceeding, it is worth reinforcing that cashmeran note (or cashmere) is nothing new in the universe of perfumes. You’ve probably heard of it under a different name, more common, which is cashmere wood. This is because such molecule has woody facets and the silky aspect of the famous wool. Currently, the industry has begun to talk more openly about the synthetic compounds used in their compositions.
Natura Homem Essence is a woody-spicy, full of sensuality and almondy facets. It is clear that within the current Natura Homem line, this is the scent made for calling attention (at parties, events, ballads, etc.). But it’s not necessarily made just for nighttime use.
On my skin, the output was not as citrus as I’d hoped. The fragrance seems to start from the middle, not the beginning. I feel a strong impact of violet, cardamom, cinnamon and fruity nuances (that are subtle), with greater emphasis on the grapefruit. Also, I don’t see a lot of evolution, because I can perceive, in a few minutes, the amber and the synthetic compounds, mainly, the cashmeran.
The projection is great and the lasting is very good. I was able to notice its presence, even after about 10 hours on the skin. But I felt that the fragrance “fell apart” in warmer weather (there is a medicinal smell, time or another, that can bother).
I don’t understand why I saw so many negative comments about this scent, because despite not being innovative to me, it has a lot to add to the Brazilian audience, in general. In addition, it does not have that common cheap smell that various national colognes have.
My biggest criticism goes regarding that silly habit in using terms in English for a fragrance created by a super Brazilian company (Homem Essência, instead of “Essence” would be better), in addition to be clear that it’s just another flanker untapped, since the DNA of the traditional version is not there.
To finish, the bottle received a special paint that reminded me of the finishing used in Natura Homem Nitro Intenso (2015). But you can see the contents through the sides, which are transparent.

Well, Homem Essence and his proposal was to have a more amber in fragrance for evening occasions, and in my nose has nothing innovative, it is even more of the same, has the DNA of traditional Essential with cedar something citrus fruity and the spicy part of the Exclusivo, has something dense to duration, Calone or iso and super, and becomes creamy practically almost equal to my nose, I see it as unnecessary.
The amber touch is the same, and say by the way, and it seems an amber dull or too light, it means sweet creamy but quite common and lifeless, I can not tell, but it’s really more of the same.
Criticism of the name, bad mix Portuguese and English, and the lack of creativity, because there is already the Essencial, and the opening of its perfumes with an excess of alcohol ever ..sorry
