Well. Sadly this is a proof of two things:
– Not all that shines is gold
– Blind byes are sometimes a bad idea.
This perfume I bought as a blind buy, well aware that I was taking a chance.
I went for the appearances. The bottle is just really great. Is like a Nasomatto medium size. 🙂
The box is a beauty.
But the juice. O my god such a disappointment.
It is not bad but it is not good either.
Maybe my heart wants to like it and tries to find some good things. But my mind tells me this is not a good juice. (Olivia Newtown John de javou) 🙂
I smell the florals. With a soft vintage vibe. But I miss the power of the leather note and sandalwood. Musk, is it there? Can not find it?
It is really close to the skin and it makes me feel that I just sprayed some cheap stuff on me. It is only at the dry down that something I could like appears, but it is too weak.
Sad, because I was expecting to be surprised , maybe even amazed, since that is what I experience with Night Oud by this house. A beauty.
