I knew of a local Mom & pop perfume shop in the mall so I stopped in to purposely try a few of Britney’s scents that I’ve been wanting. He didn’t have any testers and offered to only open 1 box for me. I decided on Hidden Fantasy. I loved it. It’s like an orange spice cake with whipped icing. I really get the orange, clove and the creamy cupcake notes. It’s very pretty and girlie. Think it’s great for the cold weather months. He wanted $45 for it which I passed on because FragranceNet has it for like $16. So I ordered it & im very happy to add this to my growing collection.

This scent will always remind me of Fall and Christmas. Maybe it’s the clove and orange notes in it? Either way I really love this scent! The bottle and packaging is beautiful as well and it lasted me 7+ hours when I wore it to work.

My first “try” of a Britney scent….
This is one fragrance that, when I read the notes listed,I actually can smell/feel all those notes…
To me, it smells exactly how I imagined it. (rare).
I have to say, I like this scent. A pleasant surprise.
    Mainstream/typical, but still good.

It is all in the skin. I have both CK In2You and Hidden Fantasy and don’t find them similar at all, apart from being yellow citrus-based perfumes. HF on me is very spicey and cake-y orange and lasts for 7/8 hours with moderate/heavy sillage and a cool temp fragrance due to its spiciness, sweetness and sillage, In2You a much lighter grapefruit-based but quite elegant aroma that lasts for 6/7 hours in the highest temps, lightly sweet and very delectable.

I’m a little disappointed in this fragrance. I think I was expecting a louder, warmer, more gourmand & spicy scent. Instead I get a fleeting citrus/vanilla/ambery-musk combo before it disappears completely. I’m talking just minutes before it fades into nothingness. It’s not a bad scent by any means, in fact it reminds me of Calvin Klein’s “In2U” for Her which I love. I was hoping for more “cakey-ness” and Christmas-type spices.
I have checked the batch code on my bottle and it’s legit, but c’mon man… I’ve got body mists that are stronger & last longer than this. I tested it on both skin & clothes, when sprayed on clothes I get teeny tiny wafts of it occasionally. But personally, I like to be able to smell my own fragrance.

Had this one for more than a year and barely used it. I guess I’m just not a fan of orange.

A Christmas vibe? Not necessarily! I don’t do Christmas, so I have no idea what that is supposed to smell like. This perfume is sweet, but not sickly or cloying. It’s zesty and sensual all at the same time. On initial blast I get sumptuous citrus, cakey notes from this perfume, and as it dries down it turns into a skin-musky, lactonic orange that’s been dusted in just a hint of sweet spices. A festive and softly sexy fragrance for sure! If you like gourmands, but can’t handle some of the heavier ones, try this one. It’s simply delightful. I get more compliments on this perfume than I do some of my more costly ones like Bonbon and Prada Candy. This can be had on eBay for like $15 right now, and its absolutely worth it!
    Scent: 7/10
    Sillage: 6/10
    Longevity: 7/10

I love all kinds of scents, from gourmands to fruity florals to strong hard-to-peg scents( Iike the sadly discontinued Tom Ford Black Orchid Voile de Fleur). My skin has a way of taking some fragrances with certain notes (jasmine, musks and some gourmands) into Johnson’s baby powder territory. Which I dislike (looking at you Chanel #5). And there are others that do surprisingly well that on paper(literally) would tell me to run the other way… Like Britney Spears Hidden Fantasy.
On first spray , Hidden Fantasy comes off like an orange cream soda/orange poppy seed cake with a touch of spice. As my skin continued to heat it up,the orange note stayed steady and the “imitation” vanilla note gave way to the faint spicy note from earlier. Which somehow made the orange note stronger/more crisp. This strange union kept both notes from becoming cloying.
I passed over the original Fantasy and the much liked Midnight Fantasy as they did not do well on my skin (both going flat quickly with a harsh vanilla “;after taste). Hidden Fantasy on the other hand held up very well- especially the citrus note. I’m looking forward to layering this with Commodity Bergamot (my favorite stand alone/layering) perfume or even their Mimosa or Gold fragrances( citrus and vanilla scents respectively).

I adore nearly all of Britney’s fabulous perfumes, however, I couldn’t get behind this one. Not that it smells bad, I found the scent to be pleasant, it just gives off too much of a “Christmas” vibe to me. And I definitely don’t want to walk around smelling like Christmas lol.

I am re-writing my review of Hidden Fantasy as I feel that my previous review, (written almost a decade ago), does not reflect my current opinions regarding this often underrated Britney Spears fragrance.
When I first tried Hidden Fantasy and added it to my collection, I was 19 years old. My taste in fragrance back then was vastly different to what it is now. In my teens I enjoyed smelling like a walking bakery. Not surprisingly, Hidden Fantasy didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of sweetness and I remember favouring Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy at the time.
As would be expected, I grew out of the sweet, sugary gourmands as I grew older, and with my developing tastes I came to really enjoy the less sweet Hidden Fantasy. Although still a gourmand, Hidden Fantasy is a bit more grown-up. To my nose it smells like a delicious slice of an orange poppy-seed cake minus the sugary icing.
These days I find myself reaching for my bottle of Hidden Fantasy whenever I want to fulfil a gourmand craving. It has just the right amount of citrus notes, sweetness and warmth. I have been wearing lots of Hidden Fantasy these last two Winters and am extremely impressed by both its quality and the lasting strength on my skin. Whenever I have received compliments on this fragrance, many are surprised to discover it’s a Britney Spears scent.
If you’ve left your teenage years behind you and are wanting to sample more mature offerings, but don’t want to spend the big bucks, I can definitely recommend sampling Hidden Fantasy and Believe by Britney Spears. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that she is capable of producing more than just a typical sugary-sweet gourmand.

This is so different from all BS scents and thoughtfully made. You can tell this girl is becoming a woman.
The formula is reminiscent of sweet Christmas wine, kaleidoscopic, you can feel sharp orange, clover and amber changing all the time. But base notes gravitates towards mature perfumery, that could be timeless jasmine-vanilla-amber combination.
I wear it just for Christmas every year. Feels like it’s created for freezing weather.

I have a weak-spot for the original Fantasy and was curious to try the others!
To me this is simply ‘fantasy’ with a added hint of orange. I was hoping for more of an intense orange-spice hit, but it never came.
It’s clean, and refreshing, but to me, like all the Britney perfumes after the original ‘Fantasy, it smells too much like a heavily scented shampoo or shower gel to hold any subtlety…but they are great for a cheap, quick, after the gym pick-me-up!
For the price you can experiment!

I’ve had this for about a year and just started wearing it. I was testing my fragrances and kept getting whiffs of something insanely good. I kept sniffing the air around me until I remembered it was this! think this works well in the heat. It’s summertime in the Caribbean (year round sunshine) and this radiates around me like a haze of orange popsicle, cake with cloves on the drydown. I have a new favorite every week and this week I cannot get enough of this. I respray even when I don’t have to. Longevity is not great…maybe around four hours and it gives me man excuse to respray to smell this deliciousness.

Okay so a $20 blind buy instead of a bottle of vodka…
It’s like a thin version of L’Instant Guerlain… for 5 minutes then poof!
Not unpleasant but the vodka would have been a better investment and the buzz would last longer.

Imagine the smell of an orange covered in cloves hanging in a red ribbon over a sugary citruscake on christmas.
    This is it.

I have my suspicions on how much say Britney has when it concerns her perfume line. Let me say that right off the bat. Even with that slightly cynical opener, I must say Britney has one of the best celebrity perfume brands. This is one brand where I’m determined to try as many as I can.
I had bought a smaller bottle of Hidden Fantasy years ago. Needless to say the juice in that bottle has been long gone. So I was curious about retrying this particular perfume and ended up receiving a bottle for my birthday. It’s truly a very pleasant smelling perfume. I can see where people would say and think it’d be the perfect perfume to wear around Christmas time. I think the image I have for this perfume is picturing somebody wanting to make their house smell lovely and they dump all the notes into a pot on top of their stove so you can smell it all throughout the house. It’s a cozy image and it’s how I feel when I spray the perfume on. It just makes me feel cozy.
And I must brag on the beautiful bottle it comes in. It’s such a lovely red color with the light pink “gems” all over it. It really stands out on the perfume counter, especially when it’s sitting next to something else that makes it shine all the more.
EDIT: I also tried the body spray and am really happy with it. It smells exactly like the perfume, just doesn’t last as long.

The fragrance features sweet orange, tangerine, grapefruit blossom, verbena, clove, Napolitano cake, Stargazer lily, Sambac jasmine, vanilla bean, Jacaranda wood, sandalwood and amber…or at least, that’s the description given by Fragrantica.
I however, get a quick, sweet blast of citrus that fades into a clean scent very much like a much fainter Jean Paul Gaultier Classique. It is very well done and appealing but…not what I was expecting.
I get NO spice, NO cake, NO vanilla, NO sugar. The overall freshness makes this seems to be a spring/summer scent.
If you like this, you should try:
    ~Tocca Brigitte~
    ~JPG Classique~

    A surprisingly beautiful scent.
It is applicable for the mature at heart – for any woman who loves warm spice and vanilla – interplay with sweet jasmine and tender citrus notes, with a breath of clove for that added earthiness.
At first this gem played a “ping pong” with my nose. The notes bounced off each other on my skin and I got a bit of what I thought was tonka (probably the clove and other woody notes), which all reminded me of Cynthia Rowley’s “Flowers” for Avon (I donated it to Salvation Army!).
However, the settling saved the day. Talk about a warm, calm, scent which is intuitive and mysterious….a “Hidden Fantasy.” There is a good bit of oil which left my hand moisturized. And it kept on going on my skin! Very lovely in an eye catching red flanker. What I thought was a gimmicky line has a little keeper in “Hidden Fantasy.”

This is my 4th Fantasy flanker after Fantasy, Midnight Fantasy, Circus Fantasy, and Nice Edition, just to give you an idea about how I feel about Britney Spears perfumes. I think I’m slowly working my way through each Fantasy flanker one at at time (I end up throwing a new one into the order every time I make a large fragrancenet purchase.)
Anyway, I LOVE this one and am glad to have it, but still, it’s not my favorite. It opens fresh and clean, like a ‘just got out of the shower’ feeling, and then there’s a light orange-spice feeling that comes in. I wasn’t sure what ‘napolitano cake’ was but when I smelled this, I immediately recognized that soft, spongy homemade cake aroma. Part-vanilla extract, part Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, eggs, milk, flour, orange zest… (Well, okay, real napolitano cake is a vanilla layer, a chocolate layer, and a strawberry layer but I’m only getting a very light and faint strawberry scent here so let’s just pretend it’s an orange-spice layer instead…)
For me, the essence and quality of Hidden Fantasy is on the same level as a holiday themed Bath & Bodyworks body spray, but the strong and lasting EDT/EDP version (except a 50ml EDT/EDP version of anything at B&BW would cost somewhere between $29-$42 and I got my hands on 50ml of this for less than $20.) Fantasy and the other flankers felt more unique and special, but Hidden Fantasy feels less like a Britney Spears perfume and more like a random thing you can find in B&BW or Victoria’s Secret or even Yves Rocher around Christmas Time. (But still, I love those brands so don’t think I’m knocking them or this perfume.)
Anyway, this is light, inoffensive and festive. I’d be amazed to find anyone trying to complain about this at school or in the office. Somehow I get images of snow and sledding and drinking hot cocoa in front of a fireplace when I smell this, and red knit sweaters with white reindeer and snowflake designs on them. But I do want to try it on a hot summer day to see what the ‘fresh and clean’ elements (lemon verbena and neroli? possibly mandarin too?) turn into. I’ll report back if it’s anything interesting.

This is so good! I’m surprised by this scent. After falling in love with midnight fantasy I became interested in other Britney Spears fragrances. I’ve never tried them before. I am really loving this perfume. It starts off with a bright citrusy orange and then it gradually changes into a sweet orange syrup clove scent. And then it dries down to a soapy Jasmine and orange. It has decent longevity sillage is moderate I’m getting about 4 hours out of this perfume and for the cheap price I can respray it! If you haven’t tried any Britney Spears fragrances and you’ve just written them off like I did you could be missing out on a really good perfume so give them a try:)

Wow I was really surprised by this scent! After reading reviews and seeing the strong orange note I was totally put off. But……. I went shopping yesterday and saw the tester out in TJ Hughes. I was curious so sprayed it on my wrist……..All I can say is WOW! This scent is amazing and not what I expected at all! It is beautiful! I think this is nothing like her other fantasy flankers. This is a lovely warm and grown up scent. I can see why people say it is a festive smell. The orange is like a bakery orange scent, not a sharp citrus scent, which I love. I literally couldn’t stop smelling my wrists!
I knew it was cheaper in B & M bargains so I went straight over and bought it. Only £6.99 for the 30ml! BARGAIN! I will 100% be buying the 100ml when I run out of this!
If you haven’t tried it yet go out and spray a tester. May not be for everyone but please try it out. A warm and unique fragrance. Amazing!

Must be the best Britney perfume I’ve smelt
sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet like the others
cloves does a great job in this scent
fresh juicy orange makes it young and jumpy
in all , softer and less chemical than the others

I blind bought this one, a 3.4 ounce bottle that caught my eye as I was cashing out on another purchase. Genius that I am (NOT), I bought it and *then* came to Fragrantica to inspect the notes pyramid. To my horror, I saw that CLOVES have a significant number of votes and was horrified that I’d just made a terrific blunder because, normally, cloves despise me, dominating the fragrance and shrieking from my skin.
THIS is the one and only exception to my “no cloves” rule!!! The cloves here are not dictatorial, obscene, or harsh. On the contrary, I can’t even pick the clove note out from the composition, it’s so beautifully balanced and expertly blended.
I don’t care about the hate this comment will garner, but Britney Spears’ Hidden Fantasy’s fragrance is exponentially superior to Chanel’s Coco eau de parfum (present formulation, NOT the vintage).
    Yeah, I said it.
Literally everything that (present-day) Coco failed to do this one does, like a BOSS. There is a sweetness that remains delicate, sheer, and non-cloying. The spices play with the sweetness to create a perfect cloud of (to my perception) sweet, delicate beauty. Like a lovely woman is easy on the eyes, BSHF is very easy on the nose and, therefore, the senses overall.
The fragrance is a 10 of 10, I’ll not be parting with this one.
Sillage: Perfect. From moderate to more depending on application.
I am continually surprised by the beauty and quality of BS fragrances, this one is the best surprise of all!!!
Updated to add that the longevity is several hours or better. Hours after I applied it this morning, my husband could detect it in the car and he literally can never pick up my fragrance unless we’re hugging one another, etc.
SO pleased with this beautiful surprise!!!
I’m impressed with literally each of the Fantasy-line fragrances which I have in hand so far (Fantasy, Island Fantasy, Hidden Fantasy) that Intimate Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy are presently on their journeys home to me via the postal service.

So many reviews; mine is an echo and a reminder.
Echo – Hidden Fantasy offers a cakey warm citrus and spice aura that puts the wearer in Festive Holiday Spirits. It’s a bit like Tocca Stella in that you get a spice and orange combination. Not much floral here except that a little lily comes and goes. This is an easy scent to appreciate. If you wear this in cold weather, little kids hug you and say, “You smell GOOD!”
Reminder – if you like spicy holiday scents, Hidden Fantasy is cheaper than a Yankee candle and gives a similar effect. Great for casual down time and to de-stress this time of year. Perfect sleeping scent. Probably not the thing to wear on a date.
Even better when layered with a straight up vanilla, like spice cake with ice cream.

To me, the smell of spices is a bit too strong. It really reminds me of Christmas.
I think the smell would work well on a Christmas themed hand soap or something but I’m not quite sure I like it as a perfume.

As of September, I started making monthly perfume trays in order to get to know the perfumes I already own even better. This is on October’s tray, and now that the last days of October are coming to an end, I feel that I can give a pretty fair review on this. 🙂
This IS a fluffy orange spice cake with a deliciously creamy vanilla icing. I smell amber and cloves. This reminds me a lot of Christmas time. It’s cozy and warm, yet the citrus lasts so long in this perfume. I think Britney Spears perfumes are some of the best longevity-wise. This lasted through a night’s sleep and then some whenever I wore it at night. It’s delicious, ideal for anyone, is gourmand, and if you like the original Fantasy, it is likely you’ll like this as well. It’s definitely in the same vein as Fantasy, yet has plenty of differences to be its own individual perfume. It’s sugar and spice and everything nice! Would definitely repurchase this if/when I run out.

Was really hesitant to try this– Circus Fantasy was so terribly tarte on me and I was concerned that a primarily citrus flanker would do the same. Thankfully, not so! Topnote is definitely orange, but is offset with spicy clove. This smells like the holidays… maybe a hot mulled beverage or a spice cake. It becomes a little less interesting after awhile, turning a bit brighter and more floral. Still good, though, and very suitable for colder seasons.

Boy was I wrong about this parfume. It´s not boring at all.
All I had to do, is waiting until fall and probably winter, to wear it.
It´s is a pleasant, a little soapy, orangey – tangeriney- scent. I would only wish it´s longevity was better.

Its fruity opening is very Escada to me in a good way, very pleasant and to me it belongs to the Eau so Party by VS family, not a resemblance just how i see it because of the sugary sweet and sour fruits: orange, and citrus accordingly, afterall these fruits all belong in the same family(with clementines, tangerine, mandarin & blood orange). As it settles on my skin i feel like Im wearing a lighter version of Victoria’s Secret Supermodel, the discontinued one that was once my favorite Christmas/winter scent, it has emotional value to me too. By lighter I dont mean lacking power or depth, just not aggressive but more dimensional. Its dry down also reminds me of a milder MJ Honey which i had and got alil tired of it. I see Honey contains Mandarin Orange. However Hidden Fantasy is much more unique on its own. I def pick up on the clover too. And its so classy and sexy id wear it on a date. So I wouldnt repurchase MJ’s Honey and my Supermodel’s half empty bottle smells of alcohol after 10 yrs BUT Britney’s perfumes oh they last and last in their pretty bottles for years. So Hidden Fantasy combines both of these two perfumes and adds the spicy element. She’s a winner!!
Edit: a reviewer mentioned D&G The One, I can see why: the mandarin orange, lily note and amber of The One give the same type of sweetness, but to me The One is too serious, sometimes it even reminds me of the incense of lily&honey. Not something i reject, but def wouldnt buy, too heavy for me, plum, vetiver, litchi ohh too much. Ive tried to work with The One countless times and just cant. Hidden Fantasy is fresher, candy-like, playful but elegant.

not at all what I was expecting. To me, not warm, not Christmasy, just yuck!!! I was expecting a gourmand fit for winter, IF someone were to wear this I feel its better suited for spring/summer. now I know why this wasnt ever a popular scent

i’m not one for orange in fragrances as it doesn’t sit well on me but this is amazing. I’ve been as fan of this since its release & still wear it to this day. amazing for autumn/winter i find as it has a little warmth to it which is great for the colder weather. one of her best scents for me.

  38. :

Hidden Fantasy is a great summer time scent for people who don’t like typical summer scents. It has that clean, fresh facet that makes it easy to wear in hot weather, but it also has that candy-like sweetness and a hint of cool spice to spice up. The overall impression is casual, youthful and fun. Sillage is soft to moderate. Performance is several hours, comparable to typical jo malone perfumes. It would be good for casual daytime occasions in various seasons.

  39. :

I get creamy citrus like some sort of orange sorbet and hint of clove and sandalwood and vanilla. It’s very nice and I feel like I have smelled this growing up somewhere. It doesn’t last too long on me but on clothes it goes on for days and days. I live in a tropical region so it’s blazing hot now and I don’t feel suffocated wearing this perfume at all. People say it reminds them of Christmas, that may be so because Christmastime in my country is still very hot with lots citrus fruits in season. All in all I really like this fragrance.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

Orange/tangerine is the top note.I truly enjoy this pretty orange scent, I only wish it packed more punch and lasted longer. It has a warm, deep smell that I think is more appropriate for night time and winter time wear, but I am gonna wear it now it´s summer.
It does remind me of Christmas and I am gonna wear it around the holidays.

  41. :

    3 out of 5

This is my second favorite of the Britney Spears Fantasy line after the original. It is a perfect perfume for the fall and winter months, especially around the holidays. To me, it just screams Christmas time with even the red color of the bottle. It smells exactly like an orange cake or muffin. You get the brightness of the orange but then the vanilla cake underneath it and spices tossed in. I think it is a unique scent all its own and very fun. I keep it around and use it when it gets cool outside.

  42. :

    5 out of 5

I see this fragrance as a sexy sugar plum fairy type of scent that evokes the imagery of festive sweets and dessert had during Christmas time. Everything is baked with just a little bit more spice or sugar and there is a bozey feel to it, just like how it is tradition in my family for everyone to get together and share a couple alcoholic drinks, typically Creme liqueurs or spiced rum. This is definitely a heavy gourmand and if over sprayed the citruses would probably cause a headache, but in moderation this can be the pe feat fragrance for a casual Christmas Eve or Day.

  43. :

    5 out of 5

Slightly creamy, candied spiced oranges. I liked this very much at first, but after a few wearings something in it became a bit cloying and unpleasant to me. It’s an OK scent for fall/winter, but I’m glad I spent less than $10 on it. Adorable bottle, though!

  44. :

    3 out of 5

I find this perfume rather interesting. I don’t LOVE it, but for some reason it makes me wanna wear it more often. I have this in the 100ml which at first I questioned since this was pretty much a blind buy (I smelt this years ago, like when it first released but haven’t smelt it since and completely forgot about it). Firstly, many people are calling this very citrusy and I wanna correct them on that. Hidden Fantasy opens with a somewhat fruity but not so sweet orange and tangerine smell. I would say this is the least sweetest scent out of the Fantasy line, but don’t get put off by this without trying it! As it wears down I get a orange cake-like smell, or some kind of orange desert smell. It still has a slight amount of sweetness but not as much as the other Fantasies, so don’t worry. I would say this is my third favorite Fantasy perfume out of them all, Circus Fantasy being second and the original first. As for the sillage and lasting power, Hidden Fantasy has an ok sillage. It probably radiates around arm length, almost as powerful as the original. However the longevity still had a lot left to be desired! It lasted at least 2-3 hours on me, no where near as much as the original lasts (12+ hours).
I rate this an 8/10, packaging is my favorite Fantasy packaging. The box Hidden Fantasy comes in is my favorite too (not that it is relevant to this review!) and the bottle with the light pink crystals overall matches the scent very well. Would I repurchase? I would consider it. I only bought this perfume two days ago so I will see how much of it I use and how long it takes for me to use up. If that all goes well I will definitely repurchase. Otherwise it would have to be on sale for me to buy again.

  45. :

    3 out of 5

This is the first entry in the Fantasy line that I think could be classed as an ‘adult’ scent, and I think it is the best Fantasy fragrance released to date – I think this will remain as one of the least popular editions out of the Fantasy line as it isn’t as edible and sweet as the other Fantasy perfumes.
HIDDEN FANTASY opens with citrusy fruits, its more tangy then sweet on me. Things start to get interesting as the middle notes develop on my skin, as the Neapolitan cake accords develop and give everything a slightly chocolatey cake batter undertone, but the clove note develops on first application and prevents the cake accord from being strong and sweet. The starring powdered white floral notes seem to be spiced to me, as the clove mixes well with them.
The vanilla and amber base notes combine wonderfully with the woods, lending comforting warmth to the middle notes, minus the sugar rush I was expecting from them mixing with the lingering Neapolitan cake accords.
I wear Hidden Fantasy during autumn/winter. It has a warming effect on me, and I find the cake batter, clove and orange combination very festive – I’ve made sure to have a bottle of it on hand since it’s release as it’s quickly become my traditional “Christmas is coming” fragrance for cold and gloomy days.
The throw and longevity is very good; it wears for about seven/eight hours, and carries around a foot around me.

Hidden Fantasy is a hidden gem. I feel like this perfume was always the least known in the line. This is definitely different for the Fantasy line, but I absolutely love it. I have to admit when I first tried this one a while back, it was a like…but it has definitely turned into a love. A lot of people have been saying this is a cozy/winter/Christmasy scent and I have to agree, although I do think it can be worn all year round too. There is something about it that reminds me of Spiced Candy- spiced gumdrops like cinnamon, clove and orange. The Clove note is present but not over the top. It’s combined beautifully with the sweet notes to create a sweet and spicy scent. When I say sweet, don’t be confused. This is not sweet in the way the original Fantasy is. It does not smell cupcakey sweet. Instead we have a complex fragrance with a lot going on…but in a great way. It’s complexity makes it very sensual. I think this one has to be enjoyed slowly, taking in all the notes little by little. They’re all present, and they seem to come out at different times. I find the longevity to be great, it lasts on me all day. I just wish this one didn’t get discontinued so fast. It always seemed like it wasn’t as well known and wasn’t advertised as much. It lives up to it’s name I suppose. I’m hoping one day Britney re-releases all the discontinued scents including this one.

I like all britney perfumes I have(midnight and island are my least favorites, but still they’re likes)and hidden is no exception.I recieved it as a birthday gift from a friend who is very close and dear for me and whenever I spray it I think of her
Hidden fantasy was totally different with my imaginations,I had different imaginations and neither of them were true.orange isn’t sour or acidic here and I’m thankful for that since sour citric notes give me toothache.it also doesnt smell like fake orange in cleaning products.it has a natural freshness when first sprayed but soon it warms up.
I expected hidden fantasy to be really sweet, spicy and gourmand.well it is sweet but not too much.there’s no syrupy, intense sweetness here.it is also delicious but is not a totally foody gourmand to my nose.it’s deliciousness shows up more in it’s miffle phase and as it starts to dry down but it doesn’t make me think of a speacial dessert,ok I think of orange cake but just sometimes.maybe because it’s sweetness is origanated by vanilla, amber and woody notes not just vanilla.or maybe jasmine gives it a perfumey vibe
I also can’t call it a spicy scent.yes a hint of cinnamony warm spice is there but not too much to make it a bitter nose burner.I highly dislike cloves and I’m glad that I can’t pick it up.all the notes are melted in each other so it’s not easy to distinguish differrnt notes.this balance of notes and nice blend of them makes it appealing to larger number of people.you don’t need to be a teen or a gourmand lover to enjoy hidden fantasy.I find it more mature than original fantasy, infact it’s sensual while being easy to wear and this makes it highly versatile.among all britney perfumes this one and island fantasy are the ones a man may be able to
