I went to Hermes Store in order to validate if they already received the new perfumes and they told me they already received almost all new fragrances and, as soon as i smelled Myrrhe Eglatine I told all people there “It’s very similar to Galop D’Hermes” 🙂 as soon as i said that they gave me some free testers 😛 (Myrrhe Eglatine, Ceder Sambac and Agar Ebene)

This is Galop with more roses!

A rosehip/myrrhe fragrance. It’s even more fruity then I thought it would be. A marmelade fruity rosehip spread…underlined with a very light touch of myrhe. It’s radiant and lasts for about 3/4 hours, not much development but it doesn’t get sour at the end (that’s a plus)
For me it’s too fruity, it’s a playful summery fragrance for if you like this genre.
For me this is not enough Hermessence…..

I have a 4ml sample and I’m treasuring every moment! It’s classy and sensual and to my nose has a slight boozy dry down. I usually wear it of an evening at home snuggling up on the lounge watching a movie or laying in bed reading. Something about this parfum has a mature feeling without being targeted or made For a mature woman. I am 24 and find this enchanting.
Longevity: great 6-9 hours longeron cloth
Sillage: Good about arms length

This is absolutely stunning to me! Its amazing how something that’s been done a thousand times before can smell so new and fresh. A vivid, dewy rose held up by a beautiful myrrhe. Have received several compliments, not that it’s a deciding factor in whether or not I’ll buy it … but it helps. Color me 100% impressed and in love.

Myrrhe Elgantine, to my nose, smells nothing at all like Creed Royal Oud. I have a bottle of Royal Oud and wear that fragrance every other day, and i would never once even think of associating it with this Hermes.
To me, Myrrhe Elgantine smells like a slightly more complex and natural version of one of the feminine-leaning Un Jardin fragrances.
It would be an awesome spring fragrance for a woman, but it isn’t for me.
Update: The longevity is genuinely excellent, and once it’s been on the skin after a few hours, it turns more unisex. I still wouldn’t personally buy it though because it smells feminine during the time that it is still projecting.

Myrrphe is fruity and rosy, with a bit dirty background that overall smells similar to Creed Royal Oud.

This together with Agar Ebene are my favorites from Hermessence, well done, Christine Nagel! This is a perfect jammy, a bit boozy rose. Can’t name any other notes, since they are all well-balanced and none of them stands out, they just accompany the beautiful sweet rose. Surprisingly, I can’t think of any similar fragrance – it is less smoky than Rouge, more jammy than Une Rose. Maybe Rose Nobile?
The overall vibe is rose in champagne – you want to love life and celebrate when smelling this!
