@XanderTrout:
As you say, there was once an entire line of Herbissimo products, which was a classic in Spanish drugstore perfumery. The range included body splash (which came in the smells of Raspberry, Green Tea and Juniper), body lotion, deodorant spray, shower gel (the body lotion, the bath gel and the deodorant came all in the same, neutral scent, apt to combine it with the different colognes) and Eau de Cologne. The Eau de Cologne came in several different smells: Mejorana (Marjoram), Cedro (Cedarwood), Enebro (Juniper), Té Verde (Green Tea), Bambú (Bamboo) and Lavanda (Lavender). They were nothing special, but very nice and affordable. I had the Green Tea one, the Cedarwood one (the best from my point of view) and the Bamboo. It was discontinued several years ago, although it has been recently re-release in a new incarnation that has little to do with the previous ones.
The actual notes in Green Tea were: Bergamot, Nutmeg, Lemon, Pepper, Neroli, Green Tea and Gaiacwood. It was simple and clean, charming in its lack of pretensions.

Seems to be an entire Herbissimo line, none of which gets any recognition in the states. Picked up the Lavanda version at a thrift store yesterday(200ml I think), and can’t find much about it.I did find it’s note structure though. Top notes: petitgrain Lime. Middle: lavender Myrtle. Base:Musk Tonka Beech wood. It’s listed as a citrus fern(Read fougere). Initail blast is of woody and canphoreus lavender, then quickly does down to a skin scent of citrus and Musk. Can’t speak to longevity as I haven’t had much experience with it as of yet. Hopefully the mods have more info on this line and can include it in the database.

Again a big big familiar classic here in Spain,always cheap and in big 200 or 500 bottle,casual green,deep but with not a big longevity and the one we used to make his room feel fresh the last weeks my father was alive…
