Description
“Valérie d’André’s great-great-grandfather, who was sent to Peru to found the country’s first military academy, fell in love with a zither player, Héloïse, who kept her heritage alive and continued it by cultivating plants she had brought back from Peru and cooking recipes from an 1845 Peruvian book, passed down from one generation to the next. A strong-willed woman, she was also a creative soul who greatly contributed to ensuring the estate thrived. Héloïse ‘s fragrance inspiration is represented by a mix of roses from the estate, Peruvian roses, complemented by touches of incense and vanilla. Top notes of bergamot develop alongside the spicier notes of cardamom and pepper. At the base, woody notes of patchouli, cashmere wood and amber. A Top note of floral scent, subtle and delicate” — press release of the brand. Héloïse was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Melanie Leroux.
