…and this is when the wealthy needs welfare. How receptive you are to this fragrance will depend on the depths of your pockets. This mongrel consist of 2 personalities(fresh spicy side/warm spicy side) and neither are suited for Ms./Miss/Mrs. This opens with that “honest to God” pepper guaranteed to make your nose crinkle. The incense note is appropriately placed ahead of the other ingredients in the voting pyramid due to its permanent presence. With that being said, the incense is not as strong as it is constant. The vitality is provided by the fresh spices not the smoke. If you never looked at the notes, you would not predict the composition to take a turn towards the Far East. On your skin, Glorilis will do the Charleston. The ingredients will dance every 30 seconds morphing into different aromas until you get down to the oriental side of the fragrance. This is when I realized that the selling point for Glorilis are the sporadic behavior of notes. The 2nd half of this universe is all about woods, rose and deep rooted labdanum. This is the part where the composition becomes more quintessentially oriental thus no different than the Armaf Oud’s of the world. I’m not sure what a person may look for in a 500 hundred dollar fragrance but do understand that the 2nd half of the fragrance becomes very linear/basic. This is a fragrance for the zealots and guaranteed to make the novices nauseous.

Black peppers, incense, limes, red carnations, & cedar. Kind of incensy more on the peppery side with woody notes but very peppery richness. As it calms down it goes on the henna side mixed with limes and incense, quite to the dark side it goes.
They are creating quite an individual creations! but they they overcharge for such creations, and i don’t know wither if they deserve that amount or not! i’ll sample them more often and see.
BTW, their samples are too expensive so try not to purchase them from their website cause they charge you with a full bottle price for 5 samples and have that confusing purchase system! Good that i got them for free.
