Drat. I had REALLY high hopes after smelling Demeter’s Tomato, but this doesn’t work for me at all — not even on the it’s-not-a-geranium-but-smells-nice-anyway level.
It comes off almost as a lemon-eucalyptus blend, but it’s dry, or astringent, or something vaguely unpleasant. After smelling an actual geranium leaf for comparison, I wonder if this fragrance is just too concentrated. I can pick up some faint similarities, but you know how pure vanilla smells delicious yet tastes terrible? That’s kind of what smelling this perfume is like for me.
