I checked the notes on the Fueguia 1833 website and can confirm that they match the notes listed here: Fig, Musk and Petitgrain. 3 notes, that’s it. However, I wore Fueguier for three days straight and this is what I kept getting: The opening starts with petitgrain (citrusy, yet warm) and tea. The combination is cozy and heavy at the same time, very mature, definitely unisex, depending on your preference maybe leaning slightly towards the masculine side. But give it some time, because what follows is a slow dance of warm woody-herbal notes and ripe fig; the most beautiful fig I have tried to date. So much is going on with just the 3 notes, it’s simply amazing. The best part for me however is when everything comes together and each note and nuance has found its place. Again, I get woody notes moist with dew, mild herbs, ripe fig and a hint of bitter-orange and rose even. I’m wearing batch I-XVI, and I’m loving it.

a nice scent, which makes think of a hot day spent lying under a fig tree. in this fragrance the woody and green part is exalted, it is not a sweet fig but dry, a bit of freshness is given by the petitgrain. if you like the aromas of fig this will surely please you. on me it disappears after a couple of hours and considering the price its poor persistence is certainly not a merit. even the sillage is moderate. I consider it a skin scent

Does the wooden box looks like a coffin next to the bottle? Turned me off the fig delight.

This is my very first review, my English is too poor to point out the BEST “FIG” fragrance ever! (Actually “FIG” fragrance is quite reductive)
Incredible longevity, pleasant sillage, never nauseating thanks to its woody and bitter basenotes, also I can note vetiver, leather, sandalwood, Tonka…
Fueguia smell good of naturally precious ingredients, no comparison with: Marc Jacobs Men, Artisan Parfumer Premier Figuier , Acqua di Parma Fico di Amalfi, Diptyque Philosykos, they also are fine even if…no way: chemicals prevail to nature ever. 🙁
Figuier remember me summer, linen shirt, a holiday outdoor dinner…amazing.
