This is my first Demeter purchase and I was initially disappointed because on first spritz this smells like a cheap cinnamon room spray on me. I put a few sprays on before bed thinking I’d probably get rid of the bottle, but when I woke up it really smelled grassy and nice! Like the previous member noted, it smells heavily of a sweet clover filled meadow in the dry heat of summer. And, contrary to what I’ve heard about this brand, the longevity on my clothes is pretty decent. Nice little find for the price. I will be trying more from this line.

Mostly clover-flowers (the scent of which I love!) with a little vetiver and tonka. Supremely-sweet-grassiness! Longevity is only about 4 hours or so on me, but I tend to use this more as a room spray to lift my mood, as it immediately transports my mind to long, summer days as a child spent wandering the countryside near my grandparents’ farm. My mother taught my sister and I how to delicately pull the tubular petals from clover-flowers and sip the nectar of each one. For its ability to bring me back to those blissful days, I give it an A+.
P.S. It will last longer if you layer it over one of Demeter’s base-note fragrances- like mahogany, leather, etc.
