I’m not fond of L’Eau d’Issey at all (it is too herbal with a sharp lotus…), so this one may not be my kind of scent then. But the bottle is absolutely beautiful and stunning, classy and modern at the same time. But for that price, I expect much more than just a pretty and well designed bottle. I got introduced to marigold lately and really enjoy that note, but at the same time I’m a little worried about the cedar in Floralie, as on my skin with my chemistry, cedar has been an overwhelming note from many fragrances before.
To be honest, Creed has launched good quality (no doubt) but VERY overpriced fragrances for men and women, just to define the “class” of who can afford or would wear/use a “brand name” and “high end” item!?!?!? They are nice, very nice maybe, and some even have very good quality, but overall, value-wise, I don’t think that they are worth THAT much. For the price of one bottle of any Creed’s female frag, I’d personally rather invest in two bottles of perfume from Maison Lancôme line (the Grands Crus collection),…or something like that. It is just me and I’m just saying 🙂

It does share many notes with Issey Miyake. Between the two I’d choose Floralie. It’s basically just a fresh, floral with an aquatic cedar base. Non-complex.

This is very nice for about an hour, but then it’s gone. I’m used to Creed perfumes lasting a long time. Big disappointment in that regard.

I like this. It’s a nice summery floral. But I’m a little dissapointed in that it’s really just an impression of L’eau Dissey for $415.
