Description

Fatale Intense, the new fragrance by Agent Provocateur announced for June 2015, comes after the original Fatale (or Fatale Black) from 2014 and flanker Fatale Pink, also from 2014.

The new fragrance is announced as a spicy and floral oriental. It opens with an unusual combination of licorice and spicy chili peppers. Floral notes, which include lotus, form the heart of the perfume. Black leather, vanilla and amber are in the base.

It is available in a red bottle and box of the original design as 30 and 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Great scent for price, very gourmand to my nose, sweet and rich. No licorice or leather to me. I am testing again to see if it is the headache inducing sweet, there is an overwhelming quality to it.

it is pleasant and agreeable, nothing bizarre in here to me.
I was a bit wary to try this one due to liquorice which I find overwhelming in high concentrations. I went for it nonetheless (thanks for the sample Corkscrewcurly 😉 ) because of the red chilli note.
based on reviews i was ready for fatale to kick me in the face when I sprayed – but then I was like… uhm… no drama at all. Bit meek if you ask me 😀 but again, my babe is Habanita and she puts all timid girls to shame haha
now, to me, the sweet notes, vanilla ,amber & champaca combined make up about half of the frag, while leather liquorice and chilli the other half. I don’t sense fruits in here.

fruity in the top but then intense depth with patch and musk; at first like a Deep Euphoria or LPRN but then these lovely florals come in and some amber; this is just a beautiful blend

Fatale for sure it is. I love all of AP fragrances but this is quite different than the previous perfumes by the brand. In the beginning it is a lot of dewberry for me,after a while it becomes more subtle and darker. It is definitely for night use for the hot summer nights.
*If interested I am swapping it,because I currently own two AP FATALE.*

This is definitely sexy but it’s more of a tamed sexy than a restrained sexy. It is more sultry than evocative.
It captures me and I really really like it but it doesn’t make me love it.
Update: I love it. It grew on me. Its depth and how well it is blended is what has taken me. I’ve also compared it with Angel (one on each arm) and it is so much more complex and deep.

Many here are drawing comparisons to “Angel” by Thierry Mugler, yet in the similarity box above, “Angel Men” has been selected by currently more than twenty persons. Might this be an oversight?
    @Ladymom59
There may not be vulgarity in the fragrance, chemical connections tend not to be, but introducing a thirteen year old to what mainly seems like a maker of suggestive underwear does not seem like the most sensible of decisions.

Agent Provocateur is known for their sensual lingerie ensembles and unique fragrances. I am admittedly a bigger fan of their older scents such as Maitresse, L’Agent and Strip, but as the brand progresses I thought I should continue on their scent journey.
Fatale Intense surprised me initially with its bold licorice accord. If Lolita Lempicka for Women and Thierry Mugler’s Angel were to have an illicit love-child, Fatale Intense would be it.
Although Fatale Intense has many fans, I can’t say that I’m on board the love train for this fragrance. Gourmands have lost their appeal over the years, and as a result, they often turn my stomach. I can tolerate Fatale Intense on others or from afar, but find it difficult to wear on my own skin.
The most dominant notes to my nose include licorice, leather, hot chilli, amber, rose and champaca incense. Although marketed as a feminine fragrance, Fatale Intense is definitely unisex. I would recommend wearing this fragrance during Autumn and Winter, as this fragrance does pack quite a punch in terms of its projection.
The packaging is extremely luxurious in person with its ruby-red bottle and textured outer box. Agent Provocateur has not failed in their presentation. I am keen to try the original Fatale now that I know that Fatale Intense is its own stand-alone scent.

No question – this is a dupe of Angel but its much more wearable with less patchouli and alot creamier. I cant wear Angel but I love this fragrance. It opens with a big blast of patchouli & spicy vanilla. After about 15 minutes I get a peppery delicious vibe. This one is deep and rich and despite that, I wore it on a warm Summer day. Its very sensual and alluring, even chocolaty although that note isnt listed. Love this one. Great price for a long lasting, classy perfume.

I was turned on to this fragrance by watching Demi Rawling on YT talk about it. I was hesitant to blind buy but thankfully I found it on Amazon for a little over $30 with free shipping. I couldn’t place my finger (or rather nose) on the fragrance from the listing of notes so I was kind of worried that I was going to hate Fatale Intense. In actuality I really like it! I enjoy Dior Hypontic Poison which Fatale Intense definitely reminds me of. I do also very much relate this fragrance with TM’s Angel which I essentially hated every minute of; Fatale Intense lacks the Playdough-y and synthetic plastic note that Angel gave off which I am happy about. My nose does catch the licorice note in the juice, but I am glad that it is not as heavy as Pink Sugar which can be extremely overwhelming on my skin. Fatal Intense is a very soft gourmand with an exotic and mysterious flair.
This scent does have a tendency to turn a bit sour if you decide to exercise/sweat while wearing it as I had, although I am on a high protein low-carb diet which can make my sweat smell like ammonia so this may not happen to everyone. Overall the scent is very soft, not too overpowering and very feminine. I would definitely not recommend this in a work/office/professional setting. I think it would work very well as a nighttime scent, leaning more toward fall and colder months.
    **EDIT:
Exactly as Demi had mentioned, the dry down of this fragrance is gorgeous – creamy, spicy and sweet. I have been wearing this daily and I am constantly sniffing my wrists. The only set back is that the sillage is quite close to the skin, which can be a negative or a positive depending on what you look for in a scent. Also, the complexity disappears within an hour of wear; only when I move and kick up the scent can I smell the sensuality of this fragrance. Based on this I have actually changed my mind on the seasonal characteristics of this scent and I would wear this through any season, even in the office. Perhaps the complexity will last longer in the cooler months although it does perform decently well in the warmer weather.

I’m not an TM Angel fan and try as I might, I can not quit comparing the two. They smell so similar. Lots of vanilla, spice and patchouli. Still not a huge patch fan. Goes into the give away box.

The leather is what really stood out to me, almost from the first spray. Then licorice pops up, and… maybe?… the teensiest bit of vanilla. I love vanilla scents, so anything with vanilla, I’m willing to try, and I can usually pick it out pretty easily. But with my skin chemistry, it just doesn’t show up.
After about 20 minutes, I could pick up just a little bit of the chili pepper. Leather and licorice were definitely the front runners, though.
It’s pleasant, but a bit on the traditional side. Doesn’t seem particularly intense, and doesn’t really strike me as “femme fatale.”
With the right skin chemistry, on the right guy, this could be a very masculine scent. The combination of leather and vanilla is so sexy on a guy, imo.
    But on me, meh. It’s nice, it’s safe, it’s traditional, I don’t feel like I wasted my money, but I’m glad I didn’t buy a full-sized bottle.
This is my husband’s favorite of the ones I’ve worn so far, though. I might make him wear it, and see if I get that leather/vanilla scent. It may smell better on him than on me.

  12. :

Love this fragrance. It is a full bodied spicy fragrance but in no way overpowering. The spice is warmed and sweetened by a Licorice type note. This and vanilla help to soften the spice. I get no hint of pepper. It dries down nicely with all the notes subtly working together. Good lasting power.

In the first few use I think it was quite ok. But after awhile it activated this repulsive reaction from me. I now can feel it in the stomach when I smell it.
So in short – this red chilli pepper not for me…

  14. :

    5 out of 5

Fatale Intense is so hard to describe for me. Maybe because it is a quality unique yet still generic scent but not in a bad way. I was also a bit dissappointed compared to their other fragrances but I found it on sale and was worth buying if only for the gorgeous bottle! It doesn’t smell like Angel to me but I agree with reviewers that it is a sweet, a bit spicy, fruity scent. It is a good perfume for going out and has a seductive element to it making it a bit more suitable to the adult market. But I think there are better femme fatale fragrances out there.

  15. :

    5 out of 5

That is a very unique and original scent! Never smelled anything like that… Red hot pepper is the most prominent note, but you can definitely get the vanilla and dewberries. I can detect the leather too. But no licorice at all… It is spicy, intense and feminine. Long lasting and great sillage for the price! But beware, hot pepper it is, makes me sneeze if I stick my nose too long on my wrist 🙂 A must try though! So special!

  16. :

To me this is a dupe of TM angel.
I actually prefer this to angel, as once the perfume has settled into the skin it isn’t as harsh or strong as angel, which I like.
Very classy scent, perfect for the evening and autumn/winter seasons.
If you like angel with a much cheaper price tag (under £20 for 50ml) then buy this, it’s a steal!

I blind bought this fragrance and received it today. Upon first spray, it was a very sweet and spicy dewberry, quite bold and mature, with a note that I had never experienced, an oatmeal like kind of scent. Not sure what that note was, but I did not get any licorice. Then the hot pepper appeared, which was a bit strange/different to me yet likeable. For the next couple of hours, the spicy rose – like Sofia Vergara Sofia on steroids – took center stage. I really liked that part. And now, about 5 hours later, the leather is what is left, with a soft spicy vanilla orchid (although not listed), which I love. Although I was not sure how I felt at first, I think I’m falling in love with AP Fatale Intense. It’s a nice ride that’s still going strong on my skin. To me, this is a winter scent, perfect for a date night. I would not wear this at work as it is quite strong.

Can we have a vote on sweetness in perfumes? This is so much sweeter than I expected. Oriental? Not in my book. Sexy, neither. Quite harsh and indeed resembling A*men. Sweet and artificial. Maybe it will grow on me, but at the moment I am not impressed….

So exciting notes pyramide and nothing special in result.

  20. :

    4 out of 5

Red and purple fruits, warm sweetness and a hint of spice. Licorice and leather turn it darker. It’s a very sexy scent! I would wear it during the colder months. It’s not too heavy and very engaging.

  21. :

    5 out of 5

Sweet, kind of spicy, a little bit fruity, and a little bit earthy. It isn’t terribly unique or special. But it has decent sillage and longevity. It’s pleasant in a “smells familiar” kind of way. Worth the budget friendly price, IMO.

  22. :

    5 out of 5

It smells a lot like TM Angel. I like it but I am a bit dissapointed, I prefer the original Agent Provocateur flankers with the porcelain bottle. This one is nice sweet but it is definately a crowd pleaser, very sweet, gourmand…
I was going to blind buy it but now I will definately not get it. If you are looking for a cheaper version of Angel, get it.

This is the ultimate sexy and sophisticate
    such a beautifula aroma
for me ,i could only smell spicy pepper at the very beginiing, then it’s the combination smell of dewberry, leather and other notes.Licorice is not that noticable or obvious, but leather i could detect
and maybe a bit patchouli + amber smell ?
the leather here is not strong
i sprayed this 3 times like 8 in the morning and now it is 18:00 and i could still smell it.
    sweet, delicious, warm, leather
    everything is in perfect degree
    nothing too much here
coincidentally makes this one a masterpiece

What a lovely fragrance. My husband loved it too. Rose and leather. Lovely.

  26. :

This fragrance gives the impression of being pretty heavy when first applied, but it’s actually fairly light in terms of projection and longevity. I would say it’s sillage is about arm’s length for the first half hour or so, and then it sits closer to the skin. The main notes for me are licorice, dewberry, and a heavy leather, with the warmth of chilli pepper adding a welcome depth. To me, it actually smells very unisex, actually pretty masculine, which is something I actually like in some of my perfumes. I could easily imagine it being sexy on the right man. I don’t get any lotus, but I can just about detect the champaca, which is a leafy, tea-like, note in the background. Amber and rose are there as well, but again, for me, they’re very much on the periphery. The rose, in particular, could easily be missed, and vanilla only becomes apparent in the dry down.
It does give the impression of being heavy, dark, a little mysterious, and the red bottle certainly suits the scent, but I don’t feel it’s as sensuous as it’s marketed to be. I do, however, like the scent, and I will be wearing it, on and off, throughout the colder months.

    This is an amazing fragrance.
First of all, it doesn’t smell like Fatale at all. To me, this smells like a combination of Angel and Gucci Rush. It’s a very distinct scent. It’s kinda sweet, but also creamy and a little floral. The leather note is very outstanding, along with the vanilla.
It’s a beautiful composition of notes. On one hand, the scent is very mysterious, but on the other hand, also very likeable.
    Moderate sillage and longevity
This will be my to-go winter fragrance!

When you look to the side bar and see the Alien, the Poison, the Crystal Noir, the Black Orchid..I feel like this is almost like a cousin of any of those fragrances, albeit a lighter, softer version. The bottle looks like this would be a heavy hitter or to me even looks like it might be one of those some describe as ‘skanky,’ but it is not. It is actually soft, yet still undeniably sexy. A definite warmth, yet not the heavy warmth that often gives me a headache. A slight sweetness.
Note-wise, oh boy..hard to decipher, they all seem blended so well. I guess I mainly pick up the dewberry and vanilla. Licorice??–really..??–okay, I will just have to trust that licorice is here, because my nose is not picking it up. The leather to me is all but MIA, as well. The amber is just enough to lend a touch of warmth. Then perhaps the champaca and a slight floral. I just find it amusing that for me, the two notes voted the highest, the licorice and the chili pepper, I am not picking up.
But really, had I not known any better, I would think this was possibly a Poison flanker, or something from Mugler or dare I say even Tom Ford. Amazing. And at a mere fraction of the price of those. Lasting power on me is as long as any of those. And I dig the bottle design of this. Hidden, underrated little “gem”. I have had plenty of Poisons and Muglers and even a few Tom Fords over the years, and had I known this was going to be so similar, I might’ve passed, as this was a blind buy. But I am glad it is a softer version, as those sometimes can be too heavy for me, even with one spritz, and as such I am happy to have this in my collection. I will say, if I were on a budget or in my teens as I was when I saved up for my first Poison, I would be thrilled to find this one. Again, a hidden underrated gem that I never really hear anyone talk about.

With a name like Fatale Intense I had expected this to be very much huge sillage.
The red chile note somewhat scared me .
    I haven’t a frag with a chile pepper note.
I love the other notes described, so I purchased blind a gift set for a friend, who said she`d like to try a scent she does not normally use ( she uses PINK body mists, and Bombshell ) something “different, sexy, with maturity” , and one for me.
I found this not strong at all, rather a soft to moderate amount of sillage.
I am guilty of over spraying, with no change of sillage.
The chile add to spiciness, but wasn’t anything close to being scary – no fear ,it combines in well with rose, and champaca, which are spicy in their own rights.
I experienced something dusty minutes though, but all now is a smooth leather, ambery, spicy, and vanilla, and it`s sitting pretty close. The lotus must be waaay low key.
Even with licorice, this does not remind me at all of Lolita Lempicka.
I find this more of an intimate fragrance, one to share with someone close, for yourself, or when spicy sensual is desired, but not to blow everyone around you out. To be a knock out only close 😉
I think this might be a nice alternative to TM Angel, if one is not fond of patchouli, and / or chocolate.
The package as a gift set is beautiful, red and black box with velvet flocking.

Ok, I ordered this blind (although marketed to women) because it has 3 of my favorite notes: berries, chili peppers, and licorice. But what I realized after wearing awhile is that what another reviewer said is true: it dries down to amber and vanilla, 2 of my LEAST favorite notes! (In fact, I really have grown to hate amber.) But overall, in spite of the BEAUTIFUL RED bottle, which really looks better than the picture, the juice doesn’t seem to blend too well. (I expect a transition during drydown, but not THIS much.) So if you DON’T LOVE amber and vanilla together, you won’t like this.

Why is this so cheap? Don’t get me wrong – I’m thrilled to have a lovely new fragrance for $25, but I would have spent more! This reminds me of a more fruity Black Orchid. I actually like it better.

  32. :

    5 out of 5

This is a warm and spicy gourmand that smells good enough to eat! Imagine a hot chilli chocolate on a cold winters day! It’s a beautiful blend of warm spiciness. The chilli adds spice and the licorice adds warmth. After this initial blast it dries down and the vanilla and amber come through. A nice cold weather scent. I like it but I don’t love it.
EDIT: This is the first perfume I have used that was headache inducing despite being cold weather. Use sparingly!

I blind bought this because I found it for $10. The bottle is so tacky I nearly passed, thinking the fragrance would be just as bad. The reviews seemed positive however, so I took a chance. So glad I did! I was surprised at how much I liked the scent. It’s a bit like Angel, but much better as it has chili pepper, licorice with a touch of leather and none of that b.o. stink. Not very long lasting but very nice if you like sweet oriental fragrances.

Fatale Intense does have similarities to both A Men and Queen but I would honestly choose this over either of them, this is way more interesting. Sweet and spicy with dark leather undercurrents hiding beneath the waves of vanilla/amber. this is very sultry and intoxicating.

  36. :

    4 out of 5

Fatale Intense takes a big step from the sweet, blushing scent of the original AP Fatale.
Fatale Intense is scarlet red, just like the bottle, spicy pepper & gourmand notes steamed up by patchouli. Resembles Queen by Queen Latifah. More like TM Angel for women than La Vie est Belle. A little leather/suede shows up in the dry down.
Staying power is also similar to Queen.
This is fun, sexy, and lives up to the AP image, which is haute couture with a little kink. Could cross over to unisex on the right person, especially during the dry down. I don’t get Angel for men from this, though.

Love, love, love…. I ordered it on lazada.. 100ml for $20usd. I love the box and the bottle itself. The box is not cheap like other perfume. It has a detailed and with a soft touch. It reminds me of a sexy girl laying down in a bedroom surrounded by the red wallpaper. The bottle is pretty amazing. Its square but a lot of corners. Like a red ruby in a square shape! I love to put it in the lights because it gives a lot of red reflection. The cup or lid is beautiful bcoz of its art. It has a AP inside the cup. Tht is visible from outside. The sprayer is amazing because its not like a cheap sprayer. This perfume have a good artwork. When it comes to scents. Its doesnt have a blust of alcohol. Its really amazing because its like a perfume tht soak in the jar for an era. And boom! I can smell the licorice, chilli, vanille and dewberry. Its so sexy and inviting. It doesnt give me a nausea or making me sneeze.. Its warm, sweet amber with a touch of floral and leather. I love how the vannile and licorice join together and give a spicy scents because of chilli. The longevity is normal for me. Almost 8 hours on my skin and whole day in my dress. Sillage is nice.. People can detect it if u walk pass on them.. This is for 20 and abouve. Everyone will love it.

I received this today – another blind online buy based on the (most intriguing!)notes I found here and also because I couldn’t test it anywhere. First of all, I must say that the bottle is beautiful! I’ve got the 30ml one and it looks like a gem. As for the scent, I’m getting something familiar and yet not (maybe because of a Lolita Lempicka I used to have a long time ago?), warm, not-quite woodsy but definitely dark sweet notes mixed with spice. A sultry and sophisticated fragrance for the cold season, also elegant, a truly ‘red’ perfume. I was surprised – not what I had imagined – but definitely not disappointed 😉

Who else smells cigarettes in this?
Edit: I got it. It is replica for:
    LVEB – Fatale
    LVEB Intense – Fatale Intense
    LVEB Floral – Fatale pink
However AP managed somehow make more digestable wearable versions. Fatale longetivity is shorter than LVEB, which is not bad as the scent does not kill everything around like LVEB.
I live AP, but such behaviour does not add credit to their perfumes. Guys, make your own, you are good in this!

$14.99 at TJMaxx!!! It last in me all day, smells sweet and fruity, but the type of classy fruity that infuses calm and happiness to the senses. There is no vulgarity in this essence that I find comfortable enough to own if you, like me are a Lady in her Autumn… my skin assimilates it very well and I do not smell like a girl, although I think there is not age for perfumes…I love the blend of the ingredients in a way that I can not discover a single one at all, and I do not know a bit about the science of perfumery, the only thing I know is that will always love perfume and will always admire its craftsmanship. Not the kind of perfume I would repeat, but my husband likes it and me too… Find it in an outlet and if you are brave enough to give it a try, it’s worth it…perhaps would be a treasure for you.
    Feb 2017 Update:
November 2016, 7 am Godparents day at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School
Goddaughter Nicole (13 years old): Madrina, what are you wearing? I like it!
Me: The Brand is Agent Provocateur Nicole, but I don’t remember the name.
Nicole: I want it, I want it , smells divine…but first, I will try it.
Me (A.P. bottle in my purse): Take the bottle, try it and keep it if you like it.
Then, that night Nicole called me…
I am keeping the bottle Madrina, I love it! All my friends love it! Thank you so much!
Now I know Fatale Intense is for the teen girl that every woman has inside…

Bought this blind at Marshall’s for 19.99 for a 3.4 oz bottle. The perfume is spicy, sultry, and sophisticated. Like Madrona, I was surprised there is no patchouli. I do pick up the chili pepper in the beginning and a bit of the licorice.
This perfume does remind me of Queen by Queen Latifah. It also reminds me a bit of So Elixir Bois Sensual.

  44. :

    5 out of 5

I sampled this blind, knowing nothing about the notes, but I definitely detected the licorice – in fact, It reminds me strongly of Lolita Lempicka Minuit Noir, but this one is fruitier (I’d almost swear there was plum in here), sweeter, and a little more subtle. I definitely agree with those reviewers who notice something ‘jammy’ or ‘syrupy’ about this scent. I don’t get any chili, nor do I detect any leather, but it’s an interesting fragrance overall. I’m not usually one for sweet and fruity fragrances, but the licorice is a nice touch.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

On me it’s a vanillic amber with a hint of something red which might be chili or berries or both. I can’t believe there’s no patchouli in it! It reminds me quite a lot of Queen by Queen Latifah, now that I think about it. I don’t feel like it deserves the moniker “Intense”, the longevity and sillage just aren’t there on me, but it’s a pleasant scent. Very different on paper and on skin, the chili and liquorice are apparent on paper whereas the vanilla and some weird sweet chocolatey note dominate on my skin.
EDIT: Seems to make me sick to my stomach. Too bad.

  48. :

    3 out of 5

The dewberry reacts very strongly on me in this one and drowns out the flowers completely. In my wardrobe this was classed as an oriental fruity. Thankfully the licorice and champaca still feature strongly preventing this from being a simple fruity scent. I wish the leather could fight it’s way through 🙁
It is a very rich and deep scent but I don’t get a sexy vibe from it at all…if anything I find it a little too girly. This was no seductive night time scent for me.
Oddly enough even though this contains a double dose of vanilla I can barely detect it..which is a good thing or this scent would have been reduced to fruity boring in my eyes.

Smells like one of the Lolita Lempicka. Red pepper is what most stand out on me and it’s spicy and very much like a Latina with beauty but with bite (like Rosie Perez the actress). The licorice is lovely and it combines well with the other gourmand scents of vanilla. The flowers here that stand out are lotus and rose. There is also leather. The amber at the end gives everything I need to hold up the other notes. Gorgeous and elegant, sexy, seductive and feminine. I would say that this one does match up with the Provocateur lingerie. This is a sex bomb. It works!

It’s a bit underestimated but I find it really lovely.
I sense a little licorice and a bit more chilly but really it’s the vanilla and amber that come out the most on me.
It’s sweet but not overly so it’s just cozy and really quite delicious and perfect in cold weather.
I’m actually surprised at how good it is and I love the ruby red bottle.

Love at first sniff! Amazing, and for a very reasonable price if you look online rather than go to an AP shop. Unlike many other reviewers, I’m not feeling a massive amount of licorice – just a bit, and not too literal. Instead, what’s up front for me is red berries with an absolutely amazing creme anglais-type creaminess, maybe a touch of orange blossom. Amber, a touch of licorice, sultry vanilla…it is just unbelievably sexy. The chili is very subtle but it provides a unique lift. I’m buying a full bottle, and I can’t believe how great a value it is for a perfume that smells high-quality.

From the very beginning, the rose was amplified on my skin – it always is, I was almost expecting that. At the top, it was paired with vanilla and licorice. I am not sure I would have been able to tell it was vanilla and licorice if I hadn’t seen the pyramid, but the whole aura is sweet and brings to mind candy. It is not sweet as in Pink Sugar, but more mature. The rose sees to that, I think. Then, an the heart comes, I can sense florals. I am not familiar with champaca, so I cannot tell if it’s that, but it’s an exotic flower, strong enough to hold its own in the midst of the candy storm. Leather is discernible and really nice, a mix between smooth leather and suede, sensual and animalic. Yes, this is somehow animalic, but not too much, or I would have been scared away!
Cold is needed for this, in the heat you ‘d make people faint.
Also, I think this is best for evening. A good choice!

Spicy, very spicy! In a good way though… this scent is warming in a unique way – it reminds me of old-school perfumes. Definitely not appropriate for a teenager, it’s a grown up perfume that turns out rather sophisticated and sexy, due to the leather notes.
Very similar to a number of Lolita Lempicka’s scents.

This is a very jammy, syrup thick sweet candied patchouli. I don’t get spice, besides the patchouli.
For me, this is like a slightly lighter version of Ellen Tracy’s Love Notes.
If you love loud sweet patch, try Love Notes, usually available for less than $10 at discount stores.
I like this enough, but it’s a sweet comfort scent.

Fatale was strong enough for my taste. Still, I don’t mind this one, it’s sweet and edible scent. Mostly smells like licorice and vanilla to me. I tried both of them at once, this one and Fatale, for some reason, I still like Fatale more than this one. There is a difference between them.
It’s fine but, I think I wouldn’t buy it for myself.
It might be, that this one is just not so surprising after all of those sweet scents released recently.
I must say that the bottle and the all of the concept about it is very appealing to me.

It does what it says on the bottle, it is its sister fragrance “Fatale” but only more intense. Which is a good thing for a start, as the other one was a bit weak. On the other hand, that was just one of many *er* weaknesses, and none of the others have been improved. In particular, its generity simply doesn’t reach to what you would expect from AP.

Just not impressed with it, it overall smells cheap to my nose, like a cheaper version of Angel yes..,so not my cup of tea…it has that smokey vibe, and longevity is average..I am not fond of the brand anyhow, the quality to me just is not there…

From the bottle and on the card this one definitely reminded me of gucci rush. Can’t really imagine why, looking at the notes, and all of that disappears on my skin. On my skin the liquorice come out and the whole thing just reminds me of all other liquorice scents, most of which I don’t much care for. Could not detect any leather really, a bit strange since other people seem to find that note prominent.

This is a heavy leather scent (animalic leather). The prominent licorice accord gives it a darker sensation.
The final dry down phase is nice– sweet and powdery floral, that reminded me somehow of “Valentino Donna”, but at a lower quality.
I see this falling short for a femme fatale…

I tried this yesterday. For those in the UK, it’s already available at Debenhams. However, the Agent Provocateur concession in Selfridges don’t yet have it and are currently unaware of its existence. I only tested this on card and I do intend to try it again ‘properly’ on my skin. However, my first impressions were disappointing… I was not blown away. Hoping to be able to add to this review soon, as the notes sound so intriguing and I don’t want to write it off just yet.

I should imagine that the spicy chilli and warm amber mix very well together we have the softness of lotus flowers which I adore in my perfumes add in the liqourice AND you got the sweet vibe Not to mmention the ever lovely powderiness of vanilla to smooth things out
