Just picked this up at Ross for $35. Sweet honey and boozy, ambery vanilla, and incense dominate but the herbs round out the scent perfectly.
To my nose smells like Bentley Man Intense with better projection and more depth. The herbs seem to add volatility and breaks up the main notes into wonderful layers which increases the sillage and at the same time adds complexity. This one is strong…give it a few minutes before giving it a good sniff or it’ll floor you. Seriously. I think the sweet spot for the scent is when the middle notes start to break through in the 15-30 min range which last about an hour then drys down to honey, amber, incense, leather.
Honey, amber, jasmine and incense dominate and are present throughout. The cypress, oregano, sage, thyme, and vetiver in my opinion show up all at once in the heart of the scent and this is where all the magic happens, too bad it doesn’t last the whole way thru the scent. But this is common with most scents.
Best worn in Fall thru early Spring.
Honestly, if it had a Amouage label Id wouldn’t second guess it.
Only negative is it smells a bit synthetic if you put your nose up too close.
I think a woman can pull this off also but Id go very easy on the trigger, honestly for a girl, more then one spray would be overkill. For a guy I’d say 2-3 would be best.
Quality juice almost Niche quality.
Great scent, Great Performance, Great Longevity. Cheap price. Highly recommended it you like rich boozy oriental scents.

Saw this at a local discounter and picked up as a blind buy based off the lack of info online. I have grown to not expect much from CK releases but it seems as if the company is making a solid effort to get back to making quality fragrances. Entries such as Reveal, Liquid Gold, Obsessed Intense, and now this have all been a refreshing change from a company that has become known for less challenging, generic scents with poor performance. This is the opposite, its certainly not a mainstream smell and has great performance. Although the ingredients are not “niche quality,” this does lean towards more of a niche smell that can be somewhat polarizing and is for more of a mature crowd. This is reminiscent of Burberry London with a strong amber note. Opens dark and sweet with amber, woods, and a little booziness (unsure of which note creates this effect) and settles into a dark leather with honey and amber. Longevity is very good (10+hrs) and projection is moderate for the first 3-4 hours before settling into a skin scent and eventually becoming a long lasting sweet amber. Great pick up if found at discounters around the $40 range. I also believe this could garner compliments if worn in the correct season (cold fall/winter nights) and feel that this could make a great date scent if not over sprayed. The sweetness can be a bit cloying if over sprayed or worn in warm weather. Overall, definitely a surprise from a brand I had all but written off and a sleeper fall/winter fragrance.
Opening 9/10
Dry down 7/10
Longevity 8/10
Uniqueness 8/10
Overall 8.5/10
Keep heading in this direction CK! Its appreciated.

I tried it couple of times in Dubai mall and it is one of the best perfumes ever in my point of view, the smell is just perfect from the start to the end with very good longevity and sileage, the cool down of Amber belnd by Davidoff is almost identical to Calvin Klein’s Euphoria Amber.
Sure it is on my to get list.

Tried it today, starts off with a lovely boozy vanilla … but then it dries down to a nasty marmalade and ginger. Seriously, it’s like they outsourced this to the food industry to cut costs.

tested it today, worth testing. Smells potent and the amber is straight forward and spot on.

My initial review was based on a test strip. Today I’ve tried it on my skin and i can detect a note of mastic in the later stages of the dry down.
