From the official site:
“Egyptian Linen is presented with fresh top notes of Sicilian bergamot and aldehydes, accompanied by lily of the valley. The heart reveals pure femininity with voluptuous notes of jasmine and pure ylang ylang, while the precious rose gives poudre tones, softening it in an elegant and pleasant aura. At the bottom, warm and sensual notes give depth and harmony. A unique accord of musks poudré and sweet vanilla completes this fragrance and its pure and enveloping character.”
Official notes:
Top: bergamot, lily of the valley
Mid: rose, jasmine, ylang ylang
Base: iris, musk, vanilla

Flax? Ok, so how flax smells like?
I tried this and found it very pleasant. Anything with “egyptian” written on is likely to grab my attention.
It was presented as oriental, intense and spicy (?). Not really. It’s intense in the beginning, but it is also quite sweet, almost candish and then… linen! It smells like fabric with a tad of soap. Nice, not so my kind at the moment, but it’s a nice, not too complicated fragrance.
ps. the name is hilarious IMO because linen was used in Ancient Egypt to make mummies… Anyway this one smells “fresh” 🙂
