I was so excited to try Eden. The whole idea of perfumes inspired by desserts was enough for me to quickly order one.
A fruit tart. Pineapple, lemon, orange, melon. What’s not to like?
My first try was a little heartbreak. Doesn’t smell as I thought. Not unisex.
It’s a powdery fruit tart, just to give an idea. For some weird reason I can imagine Marie Antoinette wearing this perfume.
As a gourmand fragrance I see the whole idea and execution but as with many niche perfumes, the idea doesn’t fully translate in real daily life.
I was hoping something brighter, uplifting, young.
