Description
“Eau de Source from the house of Chabaud is a light and crisp representation of the purity of water, the brightness of a fresh beginning and the effervescence of nature. A fresh fragrance, born from the subtle union of mountain flowers, mint leaves and sparkling citrus. A combination of mint, grapefruit and geranium soars in a watery heart. Seaweed is blended in a bouquet of cyclamen, rose, muguet and jasmine on a base of cedar and white musk. Eau de Source, pure and light, savoured from morning to evening.” – a note from the brand.

Yes this does smell like Eau d’issey but more than that and certainly less watery. Lilly of the valley and a slight fruity smell which I think is a mix of the grapefruit with the geranium. Nice 🙂 Chabaud do good sample sets on their website so certainly worth a try….and this is the first I’ve tried. Projection is good on a fairly mild dry day in the UK..and getting stronger as it warms. I’d be surprised if the longevity is not good too.

It always surprises when there’s not a single review yet.
This scent is totally worth a try.
I like how it’s super fresh and floral. Lily of the valley note is pleasant in this perfume.
Mint note is quite strong, you definitely sense it.
I can also sense jasmine and grapefruit.
So fresh, makes me think of spring.
Very nice composition, a great spring scent!
Natural smelling and good.
