i bought it as a blind purchase some years ago, and at first i did not like the smell. But i gave it a chance, and i started loving it more with each use, specially on cold days. It feels luxurious and opulent, with a mature, confident vibe.
For me, it opens with a strong patchouli-vetiver smell, very “masculine” and bittersweet. But it gets softer with time on my skin, and then you can smell a woody amber with warm patchouli, and a rounded vanilla.
I dont like most fragances with patchouli notes, vanilla and patchouli give me headaches, but this one is my biggest exception. The first time i used this i regretted buying it, but when i finished my bottle i felt sad.
On summer days it can be strong and headache inducing, but when it gets cold during the afternoon the smell is nice, it lingers on clothes sexily in a unisex style.

I got this as a gift when I was 14 and I was absolutely in love with it. All other fragances seemed like artificial smell on my skin, while this was just…heavenly.
I am thirty years old now, and I really want to try it out again one day, to see if it will be as nice as I remember!

Blindbuy I didn’t like it at all >>> It smells like cheap men colonge … And sadly I didn’t smell any vanilla or cinnamon …. waste of money

I feel sorry for this celebrity. Why aren’t the Antonio Banderas fragrances more popular? I don’t see any reviews here at all LOL I don’t know any friend of mine that wears a Banderas fragrance. He seems to have produced better colognes for men than perfumes for women. This is a very nice natural floral scent. It does smell mature like it’s for older ladies because it is so floral and every ingredient does smell natural and oily. The first whiff is green with a shrub type of smell and it has a violet and rose combination to die for. Smells like rose bushes and violet leaves. The cool jasmine is shy but clearly there. A sprinkle of cinnamon and some pretty good vanilla finish off the fragrance. It’s simple, it doesn’t make a statement but it’s very nice. It’s easy to wear and takes itself seriously. It’s something to wear to Church, to funerals, to court, to any place where you have to dress up in formal black clothing, no-nonsense, no frills. It’s a conservative perfume. One might argue that it’s boring but I like simple scents too. This is not bad. I wish that it had received more love. I love it.
