Not a bad perfume but very poor performance.

The first sentence of the review by ‘Yourfoxiness’ says it all.

Odori Cuoio is, by name, a leather fragrance, but I interpret it as a interesting blend akin to Acqua di Parma’s Colonia Leather, a mix of leather and a soapy citrus. As neroli is not a listed note, I imagine the soapy vibe has to come from the ylang ylang floral and ginger, but a very mild ginger.
The citrus fades a little bit into the base, giving way to some amber with the leather.
Overall, an understated and refined citrus leather scent that has interesting nuances but overall delivers a masculine experience that could be signature scent-worthy.
Projection is decent and longevity seems good as well, much like the other Odori fragrance I recently tried, Tabacco.

Superb, unique, masculine fragrance. Really like this one!
Leather mixed with citrus, vetiver, birch wood, ginger, patchouli. Easy to wear composition but elegant, earthy and interesting. I love discovering fragrances that take new approach of combining ingredients and make it a success!
Veittefup – :
One smells leather from the beginning on. First a little strong, the leathery note becomes softer and a bit velvety. Bitter orange, birch and ginger spice the leather up and make it slightly animalic. On the other hand, honey softens the sharpness of the leathery composition.
It’s strange that leather is not mentioned among the ingredients. Then the leather scent (very realistic in my opinion) remains whole the time the main accord. And it’s amazingly well done.
It’s a noble masculine leather fragrance that is worth a try.

A beautiful interpretation of leather.
I think Cuoio is a great approach for people who want to know the base leather scents.
It’s fresh woody with a touch of suede, this combination of patchouli-vetiver-suede translate well this leathery appearance, and well balanced with citrus touch, something like entering in a leather store and we can´t no forget the great hint of honey, gorgeous scent and well balanced, as is the tradition that house.

There is one very important note missing in the scent pyramid above, and that’s leather. Odori Cuoio is all about soft and smooth leather, however it’s not as strong as you might expect it to be.
Cuoio is an incredibly smoky, rich and enticing fragrance. It is a unisex scent, although many believe it is for men only. I personally like the way it smells on my skin, so I’ll say that women can most certainly wear Cuoio with ease.
To my nose, Odori Cuoio smells like sweet leather and patchouli incense. It’s quite a warm and wintry scent. I love wearing this fragrance on a cold night when curled up in front of the fireplace.
The opening has an interesting spiced orange accord, which blends perfectly with the cured leather. Along with a drizzle of honey and syrupy amber, Cuoio turned out to be much sweeter than I had expected. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not sugary sweet, but it’s not thoroughly masculine either.
The drydown is a smoky, dry and woodsy blend of patchouli, amber, vetiver, incense and leather. I am most pleased with the light and intimate projection. There are too many intense leather scents on the market today, so it’s nice to experience a leather fragrance that doesn’t feel the need to go overboard with the sillage. On the otherhand, I found the longevity to be rather average.
I agree with others that describe Cuoio as classy and sophisticated. I also find it rather sexy and mysterious. As much as I love the way it smells on me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to men as well.

One of my hidden gems, Never told anyone what I’m wearing after being asked of course. it’s sweet, slightly leathery,a bit soapy and earthy, it evokes class and superiority and no matter how hard I try describe it I won’t do it justice simply marvelous.
Right of the bat I get a blast of orange followed by a Sweet honey ambery smell that faints gradually to let the room for the leather to emerge at this phase the leather is centre of attention accompanied by hints of patch/vetiver to give that quick.
I’m enamored with this cologne
Excatly 3 people 3 different place 3 different times 2 women/1 men said ” you smell like a high class gentleman” I’m glad it gives people this impression
it lasts at least 8h on me with an elegant sillage
by the way, this is only for experienced noses if you are new to this world you’d better find something else. I read a thread of a novice, whining on basenotes about the longevity and Sillage, honestly if you don’t like it, go buy LE MALE you will smell as nice as the masses. once your nose evolves and you would want to differentiate yourself then you can buy this one.
Don’t let it skip if you came across one, I have heard this house will go out of business soon

This is an amazing scent! My take: a freshly-washed man who bathed with an expensive triple-milled soap produced by an old Italian company, dressed in a fine wool suit, seated in an antique, well-maintained leather chair, sipping a glass of cognac by the fireplace. Cuoio smells like “old money” to me. Very classy and sophisticated. Unisex leaning towards masculine. A must-try for fans of leather scents. I would put it near or maybe even at the top of this category.
dangerdinar – :
I’ve honestly been quite impressed by this composition. Cuoio gives its very own interpretation of leather cleverly taking the distance from monsters releases a-là Knize Ten / Cuir De Russe / Bandit. It hangs around a clear and almost soapy vibe throughout with citruses, leather and a barely-sweet tobacco with an outstandig result. Now that Helmut Lang’s Cuiron has been discontinued I can’t hink about a closer substitute. Amazing but be prepared for a challenging price-tag.

‘Outstanding’ is what comes to mind with this masterfully blended fragrance from Odori. Yourfoxiness has nailed every aspect of this deliciously sensual perfume.
Leads with clean, masculine citrus, toned and softened with ylang-ylang and rooty vetiver. Honey and mellow ginger then warm the composition up to give Cuoio an inviting ‘inhale me ever so deeply’ quality.
Woods and very subtle patchouli keep Cuoio very well grounded and rounded. I’d say it has a refined, yet primal appeal. The final accord is reminiscent of premium Italian lambskin leather with a natural clean-skin sweetness–and yes, incredibly butter-soft and rich.
The bottle is pricey, but if you can get your hands on a sample, Cuoio is most definitely worth the experience.

This is a fragrance that you dont know you want yet. I was lucky enough to run into a vial, and tragically spill most in my lap after writing a review, which i then promptly accidentally erased. So the last drops haunted me, and taunted me for weeks, untill i got my beauty in the mail. Ill start by saying the silliage on this juice is quite impressive. I threw the garment that got 1ml in the hamper for a week, and after a wash it was still lingering with a rich, resinous woodsiness. Cuoio opens rather bracing and masculine on me, with a touch of citrus peel, spices and woods. After 20-30 minuites it melts into my skin leaving a gorgeous, mellowed version of its woodsy opening. Gentle, soft spices and buttery, rich, and smooth leather stay with me the entire way. This is not a corset & boots leather scent, nor a harley & cheap whiskey scent. This juice makes me imagine im in an artisan shopping district, in a fox fur & gucci boots, catching gentle whiffs of tobacco, honey, and aged bourbon, near a fine leather goods store, gazing at beautiful gloves & handbags. But no “boozeyness” just a feeling of “posh”. Cuoio takes a little space around you, just a tad, and i catch myself getting a whiff and everytime i think “god, i smell like a million bucks”. Quite simply, this is worth every penny, the bottle is beautiful and unique, the scent quality and masterfully blended into a sensual unisex fragrance. Men could capture a womans heart in this fine fragrance, and confident, unique women who enjoy being provocative will find cuoio a joy. this is the unique beauty ive been waiting for, and i will thoroughly enjoy my fb to the last drop. I look forward to sampling the rest of the offerings from odori.
