vadon1972 – :
This one is disappointing. I’m generally a big Voluspa fan but I am not a fan of Creme de Peche. The initial blast is a weird almost chemical peach note like the scent of Off Tropical Fresh.
Then I get a tiny hint of something earthy, like a hint of mushroom. After this the vanilla tries to combine with the peach but it clashes and the result is a weird sweet salty coconut popcorn kernal.
The perfume finally smells nice after about 4 hours of wear when it smells like a delicious vanilla with fruit hint. That’s just too long to wait.
My husband says it smells fine to him-like buttercream frosting with peach. Maybe it is just my nose.
My sister thinks it smells like marzipan.
UPDATE:
I’m starting to like this if I spray it on clothes or in the air, just not on my skin. Thanks to Suzifun for this helpful tip in her review.
